Easy access from the airport: 15 mins train and 5 mins walk (but the walkway condition is not good). Friendly staff and they kindly prepared us a quiet room for our arrival after a long flight. There are many local food places and the water boat station to the town center is just 5 mins walk.

A guest who was staying the next room came into our room. He used his room’s key to unlock our room. The luggage storage area is fully opened and there is no label for the deposit. It’s a self service like deposit.

Walking distance to the Ramkanghaeng airport link, Saen Saep Khlong station, bus station, and easy-to-flag taxis. The receptionist and staff were accommodating. Late check-in was possible. Our room was quiet near the fire escape.

Parking was limited and sometimes had to park on the road. The side facing the road and overpass was noisy. No laundromat at the hotel but there was one nearby. No security guard. They have limited breakfast options. Dark hallway.

Well located next to the canal and the airport line which also connect you with the MRT so everything is close. There’s a number of small restaurants around the hotel they close at night, but there’s also seven. Funky art and furnishings.

This area Bangkok is very busy with traffic and sidewalks kinda rough the walk ability score would be low although not terrible. Heavy traffic out front means constant noise in your room. The theatre which they advertise is not operational at present as of February 2024. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor with southern food and a coffee station in the lobby.

- No breakfast available, but there is a café just next to the hotel which offers breakfast items, so no problems at all - Bathroom didn't have a soap or soap dispenser next to the basin, so you had to take the soap from the shower which was a bit of a hassle - I had requested a "quiet room" away from the elevators to minimize the noise of "foot traffic", unfortunately they didn't consider this, so I initially got the room just next to the elevator (opposite). When I went to the reception, the lady agreed to change it and I got a room like I requested and all was good. Just a pity they don't organize this properly beforehand. In any case: This was my second stay here and for this price I would definitely come back. It's a safe, good enough hotel.

Value for money. Very close to Ramkhamhaeng Station and Ramueng Pier. The station has direct link to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, cheap, quick and easy. From the pier, boat to Pratunam is atmospheric and traffic free. . There is a great night food market at the station which serves mostly Thai people, which is high quality, enormous selection, inexpensive and a 7-11 at the food market for drinks purchase. Just behind the hotel, 'Sunny Cafe' serves great coffee and western breakfasts. Walk from station with luggage is uneven but doable. If you're getting a cab, it's difficult to stop on the main road, Phetchbauri. Get dropped at the back entrance, on the lane Soi Khlong Tan Mosque. The hotel allowed us to leave suitcases for free when we left for a week, which is very generous.

The room was in the small size but at the price, great value for money. The area is an authentic Bangkok neighbourhood, few tourists. I've been to Bangkok many times so that suited me, but if it was my first stay, I'd prefer an area on the Chao Phraya River, nearer to the sights, like the New Siam Ii, New Siam Riverside or New Siam Palace Ville guesthouses in Banglamphu. If you want to be near Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you couldn't do better than BBHouse.

This is the second time I choose this hotel: because I know it's very near the Ramkhamhaeng station of airport line. Under the station, there's a typical Thai food stall space (I guess there's 30 stalls in different foods), also there's very local Thai street food space next to this hotel, after 7/11 store. Here's not the center of the Bangkok tourism but that's why I liked here - I am walking every morning and I found very nice neighborhoods after through out the crowded traffic. By the way, we left our 2 big baggages when we were away to Pattaya, They kept them during 4-5 days - this is also very nice option.

If they put an electric kettle, I could make a morning coffee myself maybe... (I know it's hot weather here, but still I need it in every morning... actually there's a coffee shop next to this hotel)

It was Really Good,A/C was Really Cool,Bed very Comfortable..Staff were Freindly and Helpful..

There was House Renovations going On During the Day across the Road and was a Bit Noisy,I was Close to the Lift,so it was making alot of Noise going up and Down All the Time and there was no KETTLE, to make Some Coffee😫...Windows did not have Flywire on them so Bugs could Fly in..

The location is convenient and near to Ramchamhaeng Airport Rail Link Station. Around there got many local foods and two 7/11.

A bit noisy inside the room because it just next to the main road. But not very big problem to me. They should provide cups and the kettle to boil hot water for hot drinks inside the room.

Close to airport link, comfy bed, clean good (controllable) air conditioning and nice staff. Easy/cheap to get into town, still busy with traffic but away from the late night life. Cafes/resteraunts nearby and an interesting walk down the main road full of street food and other a market. Good value would happily stay there again.

No kettle in room, there was a fridge though

Very pictureques, artsy, lots of quiet spaces to do work in the hotel. Very convenient to get, good coffee, n food just around n at nearby railway station there's food served even at 2330h! Rooms very clean , smell good, they come by daily, to clean up.

Should post a youtube video of how to walk over here from the railway station. Directions for grab driver, not very clear.
