Our room was very close to the beach. Breakfast, lunch, snacks in the afternoon and dinner were good. Staff very polite and friendly. Everything corresponded to our expectations. We loved our holidays in Sardegna.

The rules to use the chairs and umbrellas at the beach were not clear enough to everyone. Twice we had a small problem with another guest because of the chair where my daughter was sitting. Rules should be written somewhere for the comfort of every guest - not only Italians guests !!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice resort with rooms being in smaller buildings scattered among the large trees. Our room was very spacious and had high ceilings, bathroom was newly renovated. The dinner and breakfast were buffet style and the offer was sufficiently varied (we spent here only one night). Parking lot is available. Private beach with umbrellas and loungers.

Wifi was available only in reception and bar buildings. There were a lot of mosquitos - the room had electronic insecticide dispenser. There is not enough to do to spend there more time.

The beach was fantastic, and overall very clean. The meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were quite fantastic. The service, even though they were quite busy, were always friendly and attentive.

The only point of criticism we had was that we noticed a good a bit of trash on the grounds of the village. It is a shame guests have little regard for the environment. This will always happen, so perhaps having the cleaner come around a little more often will help.

the staff are excellent, they really try to help and keep up the promises they do when booking. They remain respectful even when some bad customers treat them poorly.

That the only thing i asked for, which was a room far from the animation place they did the opposite. My baby didnt sleep before 10pm .

To have a private beach

I would recommend a higher degree of flexibitly of the staff when addressing reasonable customers requests. This would allow an improved customer experience requiring a limited effort to the staff.

It was a beautiful place, very green territory. It was not luxury, but exceptional for the price

- the location is very nice: the beach, while having a bit darker sand than nearby beaches, is calm, with a very beautiful nature around and the mountains in the back; clean, shallow water - the room was basic but large and functional - in general, our stay was pleasant but we saw some important limits in the structure that do not make it suitable (for us) for longer stays

- the main disappointment of the stay has been the organisation of the meals. It looks as if there is an attempt to minimise the staff in the restaurant and this is unfortunately visible as the meals (all buffet) are in general not a pleasant experience, even if the food is not bad - the soft all inclusive basically means water (available only in plastic bottles) and low quality drinks, from a dispenser, served in plastic cups. In practice, a lot of plastic waste - a real pity - a dispenser is used also for the breakfast drinks resulting in really horrible coffee - given the large amount of children, we were surprised that there was not a clearer separation between smoking and non-smoking areas (e.g. it is possible to smoke on the beach) - a baby corner is present for children below three years but the products available are useful only for small babies. Adding some fruit juices, fruit pouches, low salt/low fat snacks would make it more useful for toddlers - the communication between Booking and the structure does not seem very smooth: we asked for a cot via the message function of the Booking app, but we never received an answer and the cot was not available at arrival; during the check-in we were asked to forward the pdf of the Booking reservation; at the check-out, when I asked for an invoice of the stay the staff at the reception replied (in a rude way) that they don't have this information

The staff is friendly. Food is ok. Close to a nice beach and overall look on the village is nice with lots of garden and colorful flowers.

You cannot be a 4star hotel and the mattress in the beds are from ages ago. I've requested multiple times to change because it was impossible to sleep on the left side of the bed and the excuse was that there was no mattresses available (?) Really??
