I loved this place! I booked the Fanes ‘apartment’ which was just one late room with a decent fridge and freezer. I took my camping gear so could make myself coffee and simple dinners if I wanted to. The staff I never saw until the last evening but they communicated really well via Whatsapp- I arrived very late and then I was out a lot cycling and visiting the area. They didn’t stress me at all about providing I formation or paying the tourist tax which I actually left in the room eventually. The bed was super comfortable, the shower worked so well, and I had a lovely seating area and balcony, and I reserved a parking space. Location is excellent for San Cassiano and for getting out of San Cassiano. I would absolutely stay here again.

Bun De! When I check-in and -out Welcome me Guila, who i could have talk with her for hours, really the best and nicest, Welcome i would ever wish, so thank you for that. About the rooms, i should get studio but get even better with class grade beds, a little soft but good enough. Location was perfect for biking, not as crowdy as Corvara in this time of Maratona where i participate. Kitchen was OK. Bathroom OK. I could also mention, I appretiate access to basement/garage, where you can easy get access to road with a bike and also get equiped with option to clean bike and rest. I fully recommend any single or couple, for this kind of room, highly possible to return next year. - Pleasant surroundings - Very nice people - Equipment of Room - Best location ever - Bikers friendly

Great location, room furniture arrangement is done very well, plenty of storage space and place to have your ski clothes/gear. Bathroom is a highlight with heated floors and great water pressure. We will definitely be back, 100% recommend for a winter visit.

Very comfortable beds. Great views of mountains. Very convient to hiking and food supplies.

Instructions weren't clear on where to arrive. We got lucky and parked in correct place but it was by accident. Hotel has parking in two locations. TV was in bad location to view. Small but nice kitchen.

Very nice apartments near the ski lift. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful!!! Also she gave us some valuable tips.

The room with the kitchen would use some refurbishment. However, newly refurbished rooms without a kitchen were great!

Location, big room.

Insufficient cleaning, toilet and shower had dirt and remains. Some bath towels were dirty. The heating Insufficient and no shower gel or bath for the high price they charge. The lady at the reception didn't bother reading the messages on the WhatsApp and showed ignorance.

Great and supportive staff willing to help and advise, decent size of the room, parking on the spot, well equipped and fresh bathroom. Perfect location - very central in the area yet not in the middle of it all.

Sound isolation is not perfect, but that is always subject to the noise coming up from your neighbors and their kids :)

We needed a place for one night in San Cassiano and Ada was ideal. Room size was excellent and the bathrooms were grand. There's no breakfast but it's very close to the town's bakery so this wasn't an issue at all. The person on reception was superb and couldn't have been more helpful.

Apartments are on walking distance to ski lift. Going back is even easier since one part can be done on skis. No need for ski bus. Storage for skis and shoes.

It was a little bit difficult to regulate the temperature and intensity of shower.
