staff is friendly and seem very kind. housekeeping is beyond excellent - the best i’ve ever experienced at a hotel! front desk was also very helpful with recommendations, taxis, info etc. i appreciated the help (:

the breakfast could use improvement. the eggs and beef served on some days were great. unfortunately there isn’t enough hot food to fill up on and the cheese pastries were usually soggy. i also wish the coffee was better and maybe some morning juices provided. having a bellboy on site would be a massive help for check in/check out too (:

Fabulous and clean room. Great view. We had the jacuzzi and it was amazing. Would absolutely recommend it.

Breakfast room isn't the greatest. Would be amazing to be able to sit outside. Beach was closed due to some constructions.

The unavailability of the room i booked and desired I have to say the staff are the friendliest in this industry Sidra ( not sure about the name) , and both gentle men on the night shift for reception , the girl in the restaurant on the night shift is a sweet heart ,these people would go the extra mile to get things done for customers ,the night club is cozy , staff r so nice as well and DJs are so good ... i met with few other residents who were also happy with the staff ... keep it up ...mainly loved everything about it

The location. The friendly and exceptionally professional members of the reception staff Emre,Seda , Yigit Durak and the evening porter. They are now like a family to me. Emre and Seda are amazing they attend to every single need of the hotel guests. Their professional knowledge and command of English are remarkable and can only match to the ones of the staff in top London hotels. The Yigit Durac was extremely helpful . He was not only helping with the luggage he also was attending to any need and desires of the guests. He was extremely helpful with changing of flight to my friend and talking to the Airline Customer Services. The two cleaners in my first room1305 and the cleaners in 1307 were very hard working and look after me and the rooms I stayed

Location, security, friendliness of the staff in the bar, restaurant and at the reception. It is a vibrant and a cosmopolitan hotel when you meet people from all over the world and make friends. I miss them all. I miss Sausage at the pool bar.

Location - 10/10, Service - 10/10, Rooms and facilities - 10/10. Absolutely brilliant hotel situated right by the see, away from the main roads and traffic. Spacious, well maintained, comfortable rooms, beautiful bathrooms, views from the window. Lobby bar and a restaurant are absolutely beautiful. There's outside terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and stunning view of the see and mountains. All staff members are very polite and helpful (receptionist guy Emre is a star ⭐). Chef/s are really good. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed and super friendly. I was there in March, when pool was not in use, but I'm sure can enjoy it a lot during summer time. Try them out, I'm sure you'd love them too.

Safes are not laptop size, unfortunately. Sound isolation could you be slightly better (but neighbors have fun and I can't complain much about it).

The breakfast spread was amazing, I was limited to the food I could eat but always managed to fulfil my needs.

Maybe an option for softer food. ( for the dental tourism) But, hey, its only a small fraction of their guests.

The Quinn Hotel is perfect for spending a few relaxing days at the seaside. The rooms are clean and spacious, and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was always ready to respond to our needs. We particularly took advantage of the hotel's swimming pool and bar, but I recommend everyone to also take advantage of the equipped bathing establishment reachable from the hotel via a ladder. The water is clean and refreshing, and with only 200 tl it is possible to rent two deckchairs and two umbrellas for the whole day.

unfortunately during our stay some common areas of the hotel were under renovation, but all the staff worked hard to minimize guests' inconvenience. We also had some minimal difficulty making ourselves understood in English with some of the staff members, but thanks to Google Translator we finally made ourselves understood

It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It is not one of those huge chain hotels where you feel like a number not like a human. This is the hotel as it should be. They really value their customers. The first surprise happened when I arrived. It was very early (around 7:30 in the morning). They not only took care of my luggage, but offered a free breakfast and promised a room as soon as it would be ready. I had a breakfast (which was very good) and went for a little walk, when I came back there was a room waiting for me. The room was very spacious and clean. The view was amazing. There was a French window in the room. The location is beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went an extra mile for me. I accidentally left a very valuable (only sentimental value) item behind. They arranged delivery to my home and were ever so helpful and supportive. I can’t really praise them enough. If I could I would give them 10 stars, because they are real stars. They are an example of how hotel business should be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

There wasn’t any fault there

the property was very cushty and comfortable. lots of space in the bed and very comfortable. it was very hot though but the hotel had exceptional air conditioning which was easy to understand how to use. the shower was very nice as well. you pay for quality service everywhere you go but all the staff exceeded my expectations. very genuine and happy to help, very very nice people and honestly if I was to go back to Antalya the only hotel I’d want to stay at was Qinn! the main man (his name begins with H) and the lady at reception only thing I remembered was she had a frozen necklace on was very kind to me when I had an incident and went out of her way to help me

the shower head was slightly damage but only a little
