It was close to the show I wanted to see, about 50 steps away. The property was attentive to our entry and exit whether on foot or driving, it was a secure place to stay in a great neighborhood of São Paulo. Breakfast was nice, although common for most hotels across Brazil. The beds were comfortable and the pillows even more so, we enjoyed our stay.

We felt that the prices for the items in the refrigerator were overpriced, sure there’s a convenience charge to using these items, but for three times the price?

location was excellent and parking at the hotel was very easy without having to hand my car over to valet parking, which gives me more freedom for coming and going. Breakfast was okay.

The shower needs to be changed. The water was too cool for this time of the year. To make it warm up a little more one had to decrease the water volume, but that made it shut off and the water would get very cold again. I would give it a low score.

Great breakfast. Great location immediately next to Allianz Parque. Very helpful and kind staff. Awesome kitchen, A/C, bed and bathroom.

It takes a little while to get an elevator on peak hours (2 elevators for 19 floors).

We only stay one night but the hotel itself was very god, great localization (stays in the same street of Alliance Park) the room was huge, with a lot of amenities, the staff was very kind and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was a little bit on the pricier side but I think that this is because of an event on Alliance Park and the bathroom was to small in comparison wot the room, the shower space was small and was not possible for example to take a shower and not wash my hair.

The location is amazing! Right across the street from a very nice shopping center Bourbon. Also, walking distance from many local Italian restaurants. If you rent a car, the garage is gated with security, and it is very easy to get in and out once you have registered your car plate. There is a guard there at the gate 24hrs. There is a nice gym and a small pool at the roof top. Just the view from the roof top alone is really cool. You can see the whole city and take some nice pics. Breakfast Buffet is Continental (Brazilian/French) with a couple of Western options such as scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. The staff is very professional as this Hotel caters to professionals and many athletes involved with the Palmeiras Football club that is located in the neighborhood. You will see youth soccer players, Physical Therapists, Trainers and some Jiu-Jitsu fighters at the breakfast area in the morning. The rest of the patrons are mostly families and some retired couples on vacation. Pompeia/Perdizes area are my favorite neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. You can pretty much find anything at walking distance. There is a Supermarket (Zafari) on the Ground level of the Bourbon Shopping Center right across the street. Also, you will find many nice restaurants to eat inside that same mall; "America" is my favorite. As far at the apartment, it has a small bathroom but for us was just enough. They come and clean it every day and replace towels. It has a kitchen with a cooktop, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Also, the cabinets are filled with silverware, plates, cups, etc. It is perfect for a family with kids as you can cook something quick or store food in the refrigerator or freezer. It comes equipped with a wardrobe and a safe. Also has air conditioning and a nice view of the Palmeiras stadium depending on which floor you stay on. Room Service is available with a full menu from the restaurant which has awesome food.

The sink faucet does not have hot water, but you can use the hose from the shower if needed which has hot water. If you have kids, just make sure you keep the windows locked as it does not have a screen or net. It does have a rail though so don't panic on my comment. Wi-fi works fine but it does drop sometimes when streaming a movie or using too many devices in the same room.

Perfect location for the stadium! Made our trip very easy and accessible

Rooms are dated and lack modern finishes but for a small trip like we did it it was ok

Staff was amazing! Even if i dont speak portuguese they did an amazing job! Also help me since i went to the hotel super early (4am) to rest!

Entrance is not very comfortable. Swimming pool is small and shallow. Station subway is a little far from the hotel. Not all staff speak Spanish or English only Portuguese.

Spacious rooms and great breakfast options. Well located with Bourbon mall a few steps ahead and Allianz Parque right in front. 40 min from Guarulhos

parking was very easy. The room was big and comfortable. breakfast was delicious.

The shower could be a little better.
