Comfortable hotel and not rowdy good pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast . Easy access to train station and the Ovo Hydro. Hotel was busy but check in was quick and again staff were good also explained about the hotel and area. Check out again good and staff asked if everything went ok or if we had any problems

Room looked onto an empty multi storey car park with scaffolding. Only 1 pillow per bed and I know I could have asked for another but better to have them already there. Poor choices for evening meal. Bar staff poured a half pint lager into a pint tumbler for my wife. Had to point this was not acceptable

From booking, I felt like I had made the right decision with Moxy. The communication was great, with fast response to any message. When I called and made a small request for my stay it was completed and exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to the hotel for their hospitality. From check in to the staff behind the bar. We were on floor 8,with great view of the city. With it being New Year, this was an added bonus for the fireworks also. The room had everything you needed. Anything I needed (wine cooler) I asked for and the staff went above and beyond for me. This was my first time at the hotel and most certainly will be back.

The room was quite hot, the air con wouldn't turn down. Would have been good If we could open the window. Small issue and didn't impact the stay.

It was comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive. The best choices I’ve ever seen at a breakfast buffet. Every taste was catered for. It is a fun place and one I’d love to take my teenage children back to. They have a good stock of any essentials you missed and though we don’t have a dog, it was lovely to see a wee area catering for four legged friends. It is a brilliant locale for seeing the city or attending an event at the SEC or OVO Hydro. Parking is great in the multi story next door and they validate your ticket so it’s only £12 for 24 hours.

The toiletries were not stocked properly as we had no shampoo/shower gel and low on loo roll but a quick visit to reception and housekeeping brought everything we needed.

First and foremost, the proximity to the OVO Hydro was naturally pretty handy when choosing a hotel (especially for a gig in the middle of December although it'd be the same any time of year, naturally) so that was major deciding factor. The check-in being part of a bar was unexpected but quite a novel touch (at least in my experience) and the complimentary drinks offer was also another nice touch. The room itself was nice even if the view was that of a multi-storey car park (though as Basil Fawlty said it's not like I was expecting "the Sydney Opera House, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon (nor) herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically through") and had everything required. The room was clean and the bed was comfy as well which is obviously a bonus. And last but not least, the staff there were friendly as well.

Wasn't anything that I particularly disliked about the accommodation itself and the only "issue" was the fact that both myself and my partner had to be up particularly early in order to get a train back to Fife the next day so couldn't enjoy the stay more. As I say though, that's hardly any slight on the hotel itself.

Great hotel next to the Hydro. The reception and lounge area is very warm and welcoming. Staff are very laid back and friendly. Rooms are super comfy, great beds and bedding, toiletries and hairdryer are supplied, bathroom and shower was sparkling clean. We had a great night's sleep, didn't hear a thing. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and really good. There was yoghurt, cereals, fruits, nuts, honey, spreads, even gluten free breads. Hot food consisted of scrambled eggs, good quality bacon and sausages, (vegan sausage available too), hash browns, tomatoes. The coffee machine was also really good. You get half price use of the multi storey car park behind the Hotel, £12 for an overnight stay which I thought was great value. You also get a free cocktail on check in which we forgot to go for. I was staying for my birthday and the staff very kindly put balloons in the room and wrote a nice message on the mirror. We've stayed in 3 different hotels in this area and the Moxy was, in our opinion, the best. Keep up the great work folks, we will definitely be back.

I liked the big open area as u went in. Very trendy, clean and querky. The choice fir breakfast was fab and all good quality. I have to mentio Jessica who went above and beyond to help us as we got some bad news when we arrived x

We went down a bit earlier for breakfast so it wasnt too busy. The choice was fab but when i got there i could only get bacon and the last spoonful of beans. They seem to run out quickly and it took a while to refill. Otherwise brilliant quality and choice if it was there. They did refill it but by that time i had eaten my bacon and beans so didnt bother starting again.

The room is very modern with a large bed and TV. The lighting of the room was great with nice LEDs under the bed and on the bedside tables. Bathroom was nice and clean, excellent shower! Wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff who organised bringing us a gift of Prosecco and sweets for our anniversary, it made it even more special!

The pillows were too soft for my liking but that’s just personal preference. The room was a little warm throughout the night regardless of having the thermostat at the lowest setting but again not the fault of the hotel.

The location was perfect as I was going to a gig at the OVO Hydro. The staff were friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a quick one-night stay, and I'd requested a quiet room that was quiet! I had a snack and a drink in the bar before going to the gig which was good! It was animal-friendly too, which I appreciated even though I didn't have one with me (we love to see happy puppers!)

The only thing that I can think of was that the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working, but other than that I had no complaints. Everything was fine!

Modern and contemporary design which was decorated well. Good spacious entrance to the property. Good equipment in the room with lots of space for a couple. They had a good selection of foods for those with dietary requirements at breakfast such as gluten free cereals, rolls and alternative milks and yoghurts. Only one gluten free option for food in the evening but in close proximity to lots of other restaurants! Would recommend Joia the Italian round the corner for gluten intolerance rather than coeliac- super yummy!

The lifts were a bit finicky and sometimes had to call them a few times, but this is pulling at straws!

This was my first time staying at a Moxy hotel, and for we needed for the one night it was great! It's close to the train station (you can literally see the purple neon Moxy sign as you leave the exhibition centre train station), and it was a short walk to the restaurant we had booked into (Strip Joint Pizza & Vinyl's great tasting pizza & cocktails!) & it wasn't too far of a walk to the IMAX cinema at the Glasgow Science Museum. But more importantly big massive thanks to the staff/housekeeping; the morning we had checked out & left the hotel it wasn't until a couple of hours later that I realised I had left my boyfriends headphones in the hotel room & after a phone call to the hotel to say we were heading back & as soon as we walked back into the hotel the person on reception who I spoke to had them there waiting for us! :) The room was clean & tidy, the towels provided were nice & big & the bed was lovely & comfy.

I did notice that the toilet in our room (422 on the 4th floor), had to be flushed & few times before the toilet paper disappeared. but other than that it was a great stay!
