I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were and how welcoming the atmosphere felt when you first entered just wish I had a meal one of the nights I stopped but definitely will be coming back soon

I stayed longer than expected, and the only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the room like I had 3 different rooms during my stay, and the duvets always had marks and the second room I had to ask for the bedding to be changed as it had a horrible dark green mark all over it 🤢 and the floors and units were a bit dirty and the cups in the rooms had horrible marks so never used them

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. I was slightly concerned about the advertised live music on the Friday night, but it turned out that I didn't hear it from my room at all. (The attached photos are of the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies sculpture.)

There was no plug for the hand basin, so handwashing and shaving had to be done with running water. I forgot to mention this to the staff until I was leaving, so I did not get to see how they dealt with this.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the staff were sensational! Super friendly and accommodating, everyone always welcoming you through the door with a smile. The food was delicious (especially the Sunday Roast!) and always came out promptly. Centrally located made this place super easy to get the buses and trains and there was a lovely walk (about an hour) along the canal to the Falkirk Wheel, showcasing views of the beautiful town. Given the location, we didn’t have any issues with noise either. The hotel is really well priced for what you get and gives you a real local feel. Special mention to Dawn (Canadian lady) and Connor who helped answer any questions we had about the area. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's a bit utilitarian, but for a place to stay while visiting London, it's great. The price was also reasonable. The hotel is a short walk to the Earls Court tube station and there are lots of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay and will definitely be at the top of our list when visiting London again.

The elevator is small we had to send our bags and one person up with them while the rest walked. That said the interior is very nice and I'd hate to see it altered for a bigger elevator.

Small, clean room with all facilities, private bathroom with shower, in the city center. Hot water for shower and sink, wifi, TV. Downstairs is a bar and restaurant, had a good meal there, friendly waiters. I happened upon the quiz night and the atmosphere was special, I didn't participate, but I resonated with everyone involved.

The door to the room shakes when cars pass by, but they have some kind of wooden wedges that can be put under the door so that it stays fixed. That way it didn't bother us overnight

The location is perfect - very close to the train station, restaurants and town centre. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The included warm breakfast is a great value. The staff was very open to customizing the breakfast menu to suit our wishes and dietary requirements.

There were no soap holders in the bathroom and no hangers to hang my towel on. It was very hot when I visited Falkirk and there is no air-conditioner. We kept the windows open, but there was big noise coming from the outdoor seatings of the pub bellow. I was tired and slept well, but it might be a nuisance for somebody else.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful and shared their knowledge of the area restaurant was amazing, food was gorgeous, lovely atmosphere, room was basic but very clean, selected this hotel as we wanted to see the kelpies and the falkirk wheel which were twenty mins away, high Street was minutes away with some lovely pubs, even though we were on a busy road we didn't hear any noise

That it didn't do breakfast

The staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. The food was spot on with generous portions. The hotel is within easy access of the town center by foot.

The only draw back, and the reason for the 9/10 rating, is that they don't do breakfast: otherwise it could have been 10/10. Being a stranger in town, it took a wee while to find somewhere to get breakfast.

Bed/pillows super comfy ,, good location above the pub restaurant where the staff were all very helpful and friendly ,, everywhere was very clean and fresh, lamp in the room and smart tv, nice touch was the fridge with complimentary water and iron bru in it.

Went down for breakfast there but sadly no vegetarian option available ,, offered toast but declined as wanted a full breakfast, so just drove to the premier up the road, so not a big deal but a shame as the evening meal we had there the night before was beautiful where there was a veggie burger option so hopefully they will add similar to the breakfast in the future.

The food, the fish and chips were awesome. The staff were very friendly and the bar dining room was lovely. It is located close to town. It was quiet and I slept well.

The parking for overnight guests was a nightmare. Actually finding the car park was difficult. I was given a room across the road in another building with a grotty entrance and zero atmosphere. Whilst there was access to a kitchen some tea bags/coffee would have been nice.
