Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Location close to connecting roads for Antelope Island, Airport or I15 very good. Large open mall nearby for shopping including a big grocery store. Breakfast was included in the price despite no notification of this on booking.com. standard offer, but sufficient. Staff allowed me to stay on premises after checkout so I could delay getting to the airport too early.

door to room was difficult to open; all doors made loud noises when opened/closed--closet was the loudest; difficult to get to bedside plug ins (it was behind the furniture--there were a couple of USB in the clock but needed to plug into a socket)

Excellent service from all staff we came across. Nice large rooms with plenty of space. Decent sized bathroom. Free parking. We had a toilet issue and staff did what they could to fix and also offered a room swap.

Rooms are not soundproof! Not enjoyable the night 3 schools booked in for a dance comp and made heaps of noise up to midnight and then from 5am.

Exceptional customer service! The beds were super comfortable! The room was very clean. We loved everything about this place. We booked the room at a special rate and were delighted by our luck. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff. Breakfast was really great, and the little extras here and there really made our stay memorable.

very comfortable room, swimming and spa and laundermat excellent. Everyone was especially nice and helpful. Will continue to stay there when we have medical appoints in SLC.

The only thing I can think of was the breakfast was not as yummy as what one would expect from a excellent hotel such as this one. And a bigger coffee pot is needed in the rooms

Loved how clean everything was. Especially LOVED the shuttle service to Lagoon. Staff were very friendly. Also loved the big beautiful plant up front!

The only complaint I have was price. A little steep, could only swing for the special occasion that it was for.

The price was great and it was very pleasant. We were there for 1 night .Would have liked to stay for a couple more. Will definitely watch this one in the future.

Clean room & comfortable beds. During breakfast the 2 gals that kept the area stocked and clean were friendly and did an amazing job. I hope people left them lots of tips in their tip jar. Good and fair breakfast. The laundry room being right next to the pool was nice. Took advantage of both. Everything seemed very clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Front desk gal checking us in wasn't that friendly. Is it really too hard to smile? She seemed board. Wasn't aware there was a free shuttle to the Lagoon amusement park from the hotel. Found out from another guest and not from the hotel.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room is very well lit. The hot tub was nice and hot and relaxing.

Nothing was a problem, but your reader lights didn’t work in my room (Room 409). Since I like to read at night I would have used them.

The great selection of food for breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel. Comfortable beds. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room looked great. However, we did not have the time to use them on this trip. The option to use the shuttle service to Lagoon.
