The staff were great, they were friendly and helpful. They even invited me and my sister to have a banquet with them because of the new year celebration. That was very nice gesture. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. The whole hotel area was the cleanest of all the Vietnamese accommodations we stayed in during the five weeks we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was good. Location not right in the centre but still within walking distance. Scooters could have been rented but we didn't dare because of the chaotic traffic (this is the same almost everywhere in Vietnam). There are shops and restaurants close to the accommodation. All in all an excellent experience and I can recommend to everyone to stay at this wonderful resort. If I ever come back to Phu Quoc I will stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. I could feel a little like at home thanks of them. We could use kitchen to prepare a tea also we could use laundry service with a small additional cost. The bungalow is kept really clean and it's beautiful.

As the bungalow is wooden there was a noise from the street but we got an offer to change the room if we want. The location can be considered good and bad. Good because you can really observe a typical locals life, bad as it is far from the center.

It was though to order a grab,because it’s only 1.5km from night market,and the neighbour was really local (typical life),so there wasn’t a decent place to eat something

Great family-run hotel and excellent value for money. Lovely pool, had simple breakfast by it in the morning. Good sized room, separate bathroom, hot shower. . Location slightly out of town but meant could wander through non-touristy area to get into the centre, or grab a cab if couldn’t be bothered walking

A reading light next to the bed would be useful

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room and lovely swimming pool. You can prepare and cook your own food in their kitchen. Also simple breakfast at very low cost if wanted.

No onsite restaurant which we didn’t realise, so we rented a scooter to get out and about which wasn’t a problem for us but it could be if you’re not comfortable riding.

I have been on countless trips and booked many hotels, but Hung Vuong Resort has been the best decision I've ever made. The staff are friendly and always enthusiastic in accommodating every request from guests. The rooms are fully equipped and clean, making me want to immerse myself in this wonderful space to relax.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, you can rent a motorbike on site or do the laundry. Swimming pool is great and open 24h. Location is a bit tricky, you are far away from the city centre which is nice, but also U have to walk for a while to get some food.

The bungalow is a bit dark and there was a smelly mould on the wall in the bathroom.

The resort also offered great meals that we enjoyed together as a family. It felt very homely and warm, and the staff were so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for families who want a cozy, relaxing stay in Phu Quoc.
