Very nice, comfortable hotel near Mount Fuji region. Room was very good, very stylish equipped and everything there you need. We had booked room with Fuji view, and can only recommend it. Of course you still need some luck of having no clouds, but we could see Fuji-san during both days, especially in morning and evening time. Breakfast in 13th floor is also very good and - depending on weather - including the Fuji view.
Being no fault of the hotel, however, when coming from Shinkansen tracks the shortest way is through South Exit - but there is no elevator or escalator down to first floor level. So either you have to carry the baggage down the stairs, or you take the North Exit - but this we would not recommend, because then you need to walk 800 meters around the station to the hotel.

The location was the best part! It was literally next to the station in Mishima and very accessible via an escalator. It was perfect just for our 1 night in Mishima after visiting the Izu Pensinula so we could get a Shinkansen down south. The room design was well thought out to maximise space and the room probably looked even better than the photos! The lovely bench seat in front of the large window also made the room feel spacious. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The onsen on the top floor also seemed to be beautifully laid out with women on one side and men on the other, divided by a room with lounges and a great view of Mt Fuji. Mishima is a really nice town and we could happily have stayed another night there.
This is not a dislike but it is worth noting that we planned to use the laundry in the hotel but after searching for it and asking the front desk staff, we concluded that the laundry had been replaced by the gym? Maybe we just couldn't find it but we did have a good look.

I really wanted to extend my stay here and I would have if my itinerary allowed. I loved the window nook (if you get the Mount Fuji view, that would make a perfect reading spot). The rooftop bath is spectacular and you can check how crowded it is from the TV so you don't waste time going up and finding out it's packed. Located to the right of the train exit. There's a Tully's coffee below and a couple of eateries including a pretty good unagi restaurant next door. Getting to Mishima Skywalk was a breeze via the bus.

Very well appointed rooms, large and comfortable. Modern interiors, superb view of Mt Fuji (on a clear day) from the 9th floor, not sure about lower floors. A must stay for those passing by Mishima. Breakfast was excellent.
There’s limited parking near the hotel but it’s easily solved as surrounding areas had many public car parks (though might be tough when moving luggage). Also, international guests will need to be very patient with the hotel staff as they speak limited English but overall they are professional and polite.

Great view of Mt Fuji from the hotel. Will be better if I had gotten the side with Mt Fuji view but the view from the highest floor’s bath area was great too!
Wifi was quite horrible in this hotel. On the last day, I decided to just use the data on my eSIM instead of relying on the wifi. Considering it’s a 4 star hotel, the wifi really needs to be fixed! Also felt that the room layout wasn’t very well planned but I suppose it was to provide the guests with a “woke up and saw Fuji” kinda vibe.

I loved the view on the 8th floor looking out at the MT Fuji. The breakfast buffet it’s worth it. It was supper yummy, they do serve very similar things each time there’s some food that are more staples/common. The quality is amazing, and the dinning area you can see the mountains if you time it perfectly you get a view and good food with no wait. The super twins are big enough for two people and pushed together they look like a western size king bed, just be careful of the middle between the beds you can fall in :). The staff were amazing, I’m just thankful that staff was able to speak English it maybe broken English or incomplete by some foreigners standards it’s enough to get the point across. It’s still great because I have only learned a few words from the Japanese language and some of it isn’t easy. I respect those that try speak English when I should try speak their native language. Personal opinion. Also there is souvenir items that they sell at the front desk might I say the glasses are worth it. The town has plenty of food to go try and explore as well. Also if taking the train get a green car ticket makes the trip smoother.
There was time restrictions on public bathing area, certain times you can be in there. And their is an etiquette you must do before. I wanted to know if it was super traditional means your down to birthday suit or if ur in a bathing suit. But there is a male and female bathing areas and they give you uniforms/pjs to go to the bathing floor. Also if u go to the TV and look at the public bathing areas it will tell ya if it’s crowded or anybody is there. Oh the bathroom is interesting it’s like a plastic dome. It was interesting and different but still good.

The public onsen on the top floor of the hotel is simply marvelous. From the onsen, you can look down and see the train station below, watching people come and go from the trains. This unique and interesting experience, especially at night, is something you won't find elsewhere. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that we could see Mt. Fuji from the hotel's viewing floor.
There is no parking available at the hotel. Clearer instructions, such as the address of nearby parking lots, should be provided.

Spacious modern room with seating area. Comfortable beds and lovely linen. View of Fuji if weather is good. Well appointed bathroom. Yes sink is outside the bathroom but that’s a non-issue. Kettle with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Water replenished daily. Lovely bath amenities provided (facial wash, serum, lotion). Pyjamas and slippers and plentiful towels provided. Access to rooftop thermal pools. Located right at the train station.
No housekeeping, only towels changed daily.

Of course the view and the nearby to the station , the room was very spacious and clean.Highlight of course is the spa, in the night is nice watching the shinkansen flying from one direction to another.
The internet was very slow and i hoped for making some fitness but it was just a small room with two machines. The dinning are was closed due an event and hoped to had there dinner ,wich can happen .The staff could barely speaks English. For that price class i was disappointed.Had the feeling it was not worth the price.

This hotel exceeded my expectations a lot. It is next to the train station, a bit difficult to locate (we needed to go around). The room was beautiful with a view towards the park nearby. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fish being prepared by a chef. We were even able to spot Mt. Fuji from the viewing floor as the weather was good.
Everything was great!
