The breakfast was fabulous! With a lot of options also for vegans and gluten free. The location is perfect, near the central station, and the staff were very helpful. All in all i would recommend this accomodation.

The spa was great but we could use it just one time during our stay what was a little bit disappointing considering that the same policy of one time using the spa during the stay, goes to people who spend only one night there, or for us who were there for 5 days! The room was pretty small, and since there was four of us, we had two wall beds which were pretty uncomfortable to sleep on.

We enjoyed the central location, wide range and quality of breakfast items, Room was comfortable with decent light coming from the central area. Shower was powerful. Liked that the room would only be cleaned on request, for environmental reasons. Staff friendly with very late check-in, and accommodating for storing bags after checkout.

Some of the floor tiling in the bathroom was a little uneven, would have the potential to hurt your feet if not careful. Elevator glass needs cleaning. More TV channels would have been nice. Breakfast booking seemed to be a bit redundant during our stay, but presume it's used when the hotel is busier.

Atrium set-up provides natural light which is very nice. Location was excellent, 20 min driving from the airport. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff is friendly. Coffee at the reception said 25 sek but when I went to pay I was told it was free- nice. The room for 2 adults and 2 kids (11, 13) was small but perfect for 1 night. Clean and practical. No fridge, but you can store things at the reception. The Sauna and jacuzzi facilities are excellent, very luxurious with a beautiful view and lots of lounge sitting. The whole family enjoyed it. We travel a lot and I found this breakfast excellent, huge variety and everything was fresh. I actually couldn’t believe it was included in the price! Best value for money!!! I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, we had an excellent stay and would not think twice to book here again!

We have to think very hard of what we didn’t like. Maybe a tip, is a door to the shower so that the floor in the whole bathroom doesn’t get wet, and more channels on the TV. Also maybe by the coffee at the reception there can be a sign that says, free for guests, so that people feel more comfortable.

The location, gym/sauna, and breakfast were all excellent. Also the children's playroom and games (table football and ping pong) were a nice touch. Comfortable beds/bedding and excellent soundproofing in the room too. Breakfast boxes for early check outs were much appreciated too. All in all - we had a great stay. The positives far outweigh any negatives and we'd definitely stay again.

While the room was clean, some of the common areas (especially staircases) could have been cleaner (although I don't think too many people take the stairs so probably not a priority). Front desk staff were a bit mixed - some very friendly and helpful, others seemed disinterested.

Disability facilities were very accessible and the rooms were very nice. Very spacious rooms for wheelchair and all accessible functions were in working order. We had our conference here so they are able to handle 20 or guests with accessibility issues. We really loved how close it was to the station as well. It was a 5 minute scoot in the chair. Temperature was perfect in the room. Sauna and jacuzzi were amazing. Jacuzzi was not accessible unless you have good arm strength. The handrail helped but there are stairs up to it.

I personally thought the bed was too soft but another friend thought it was great. Maybe it depends on which room you get. Would be nice if jacuzzi and sauna area were more accessible.

There was a wide choice of items for breakfast, all well presented and piping hot where applicable. The serving staff constantly topping up items when needed. The room was bright and comfortable. I really like the idea of hsving it serviced only when I deemed it necessary and not on a daily baasic whether needed or not. he hotel is very central to city, bus and rail services.

I had major issued trying to book the taxi which was included in the booking. This however was not the fault of the hotel but with booking.com itself. Eventually it was solved and we really appreciated having a taxi waiting on arrival on a very wet and windy night.

The breakfast at this hotel was very good. It is an extensive buffet with quite some options. The rooms themselves are rather small, but the hotel has quite extensive facilities, including parking spots under the hotel with chargers for electric cars (need to be reserved upfront though), gaming and movie rooms for kids (my children loved it) and a spacious lobby to sit down, relax and read a book or play cards. The Jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor are also very nice (needs to be reserved upfront though, but it's included in the price). A very nice stay for the whole family.

rooms are a little bit small, but that's pretty much the only inconvenient.

- No wardrobe in the room - it was necessary to pre-book the exact time of the arrival to the breakfast a day before - No water in the room (instead of that, the water was available in the lobby) - No fridge in the room - at check-in the personnel wanted to scan the credit card for "financial security" and "just in case", even the reservation was fully paid

Sadly like most modern hotels there was no bath available in room. Just shower. After a long day sight seeing and walking in chilly wet weather, a soak in a warm bath at the end of the day would have been great. But I understand why this is a rare treat nowadays!

Our stay at the Scandic Crowne was perfect as we attended a performance at Ullevi and location was excellent. Parking facilities were also very good and well organised. Our room with our dog was generous, comfortable and clean, with treats and doggie bags for our pet. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which could be an improvement but there's a free coffee and tea making service in the foyer. Staff were very friendly and helpful which always makes a stay pleasurable. The breakfast choices were super and we enjoyed a wide range of options from the buffet both hot and cold. This hotel is also near the train station and easy to catch buses and trams. It is also close to a Coop and several restaurants and a park, but dogs are not allowed in the park.

The price for the room was very high 8300kroner for two nights because of the performance at the stadium- that was the only negative, but we had no choice. We would happily stay here again when prices return to normal.
