The Wellness area was very good, albeit small. Also, the Restaurant was good. Breakfast was good quality.
The parking on a motorcycle was not ideal. It was in the front of the building on the street. If you park against the wall of the hotel the neighboring hotel complain.

Very friendly staff. Big clean room, very comfortable bed. Restaurant there was also very good.
Only downside I can say is the lack of air conditioning, but that is normal for this area.

Exceptional huge room! Some of the best facilities we’ve enjoyed.
Restaurant closes early at 8pm … not many other places around to eat from otherwise. We were turned away at 8.10pm even though we were staying at the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and service oriented, despite the language barrier. The room was clean and spacious. Great view from the balcony. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious.
Most of the staff don't speak English. All communication (signage, information sheet) are in German only. The room is organized in a weird way (for example, the bath is outside the bathroom...). The hotel has a weird structure, so there was no way of reaching our room by elevator, which was quite difficult during check-in and check-out with 2 large suitcases. There was no bin anywhere except for the bathroom (none in the toilet, nor in the room itself), no mini bar, no toiletries, no kettle so no tea or coffee. Breakfast is very basic.
