Just perfect from start to finish! All a result of the excellent and friendly staff. Every aspect of the stay is so well thought through and perfectly done. We had a very quick check in at reception and were then walked to our room. Housekeeping were so smiley. Our room felt clean and welcoming every day. Excellent morning and evening turn down service. Could not be better. We really appreciated the pool bag and towels which was refreshed every evening. Bar staff remembered our orders. Restaurant staff are a great team and provided high class service at breakfasts and dinner. The food was probably the highlight of our stay. Some of our evening meals at the hotel were the best dishes we ate in Limone. Breakfast offered an outstanding selection of food which all felt fresh and of high quality, far better than most hotels. Freshly squeezed orange juice was another favourite. The pool area is lovely and was never crowded. A variety of beds with comfortable cushioned padding. Excellent views from the pool area and terrace of the lake and hills. Very pretty and a calming quiet environment. Large jacuzzi was excellent and very warm after a swim in the cool pool. Will be highly recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Pool is not heated and quite cold although did not stop us going in for a swim. Most drinks reasonably priced but some seem a little high e.g €6 for a small glass bottled Coca Cola. Would be good to have more reasonable soft drinks.

The level of service was exceptional, and the breakfasts where superb. The overall experience was amazing - one of the best hotels that we have every stayed in. The location and views from our room were stunning.

The is honestly nothing that we could think of that that could have been better, apart from the weather on one day, which is not the hotel's issue :).

Everything. Location. Spectacular setting. All staff are so welcoming, including reception / restaurant / spa / housekeeping staff, very polite, so mannerly. Cannot do enough for you. Panoramic terrace. Medical spa and separate spa facilities. Rooms spotless and beds extremely comfortable. Balcony a plus. Bathrooms are beautiful with very good toiletry selection. Basket with towels and flip flops provided for pool area. Indoor and outdoor pools are amazing. Free Shuttle service to and from hotel to historic centre of Limone from 10am - 7pm.

Nothing. Only angst is not having immediate access to an iron and ironing board in room following check in.

- The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling with our 1-year old daughter and every single person of the staff interacted with her and she had the time of her life because of it! - The rooms are very spacious and light. We managed to put the baby bed in the little hall such that we did not disturb our daughter while she was sleeping. - The outside pool is large enough and there were plenty of beds, we never had trouble finding one. There is also an inside pool + wellness area which are a nice addition in case it’s raining. - Location is perfect. Be sure to ask for the shortest route to Limone, cause it’s not what Google Maps tells you. It’s about 15 minutes of walking to the center. In short, very happy with this stay. It’s not cheap in high season, but nothing is in this area. Worth every euro.

Breakfast was a bit limited - would have been bored had we stayed longer than a few days. Quality was good though and service was excellent

This is now my third stay at Park Hotel Imperial, and yet again it did not disappoint. The cleanliness, the staff, the food, the location and the scenery are all exceptional. This hotel is great value for money and I have not found a hotel quite like this one for the same price. There are multiple restaurants just a short walk away as well as a 10 minute walk down to the lake.

There aren’t many negative things I can say so these things are extremely small, however the fridge in our room didn’t seem to work and it would be great if they could restock the water in the room daily. We also had a garden view room which although was still lovely, it wasn’t the same as the lake view rooms I have had on previous years.

We came for our honeymoon celebration. The hotel made it the best honeymoon trip. The staff are sweet, kind, and absolutely supportive. I was looking for a dairy factory nearby. Alice searched the nearby farms and factories. She contacted the business and arranged the visit. Her support was just an example of how the staff are outstanding in their support. It feels like home more than anything else. Also, I requested a room setup and a flower bouquet at the room. The room setup & bouquet were just gorgeous!! Special thanks again to the welcoming and warm reception staff Alice and Amanda. And special thanks to the hotel backroom staff.

Loved the staff. They are extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and well kept, the food was excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast and also had a special dinner night where, by the way, also won a prize in the lottery. The pool is beautiful, the views from the breakfast room and patio extend to the pool and the lake and mountains beyond. The shuttle service to the city centre was very helpful in the heat. Very peaceful and comfortable stay.

I informed reception about a small issue where the water from the shower seemed to be escaping from under the glass divider to the outer floor of the bathroom but it was not a big deal, really. I’m sure they would fix it now that I’ve told them about it. My other comment is also a small one, travelling with family the shower was a little exposed for our comfort and we kept leaving the room to keep each other comfortable as we could see the person showering even through the blind glass! Maybe some lower-able blinds would help? Otherwise no issues and thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will come back! Sorry about the messy bedroom pic but wanted to share it’s lovely size and view :)

The staff were wonderful and we loved the facilities such as the spa. The location was perfect, away from the main town (which is gorgeous) so nice and peaceful but only a short walk to great restaurants, cafes etc. We stayed 3 nights and only ate breakfast at the hotel but thought the choice and quality was excellent. We hired the hotel e-bikes and this was a very useful extra.

The only negative for us was that the room was too hot. Apparently the heating had been turned on due to time of the year (usually colder weather than we experienced) so the air con would not work. We had to leave the balcony door open at night to make the room comfortable.

Perfect in every way. How often do we say that? Location, parking, room, housekeeping, food and beverage all absolutely excellent but what makes this lovely hotel so special is the team. Every single member of staff goes way beyond the call of duty to offer the best possible level of service. This is combined with a genuine eagerness to please. Small kindnesses. Little surprises to sweeten the day.. Friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, discretion and warmth (how rare!).Bravissimo. Thank you all. It was a delight. We will return in September. Already reserved.
