Loved my stay at The Graduate - the reception staff were all very kind and helpful. As I'm writing this about a month later, I forget their name but one of them was exceptionally so and she gave me, I believe, 4 sides of A4 of ideas/sights to check out in Seattle (which were all fantastic and really made me feel like I got the most out of my visit!). There is an excellent coffee shop connected to the building via the lobby and the subway/metro is practically just across the street so it was no trouble at all getting to the hotel in the first place from the airport and then later reaching the train station or heading into the city proper. The room was decorated in a really cool way and had everything I needed personally.

Close proximity to the University of Washington and numerous restaurants are nearby. We walked to both of these, but it was a lot of walking, which we enjoyed! They do have an exercise room onsite that has the basics. If you are an avid exerciser, you would probably enjoy a day pass at a local gym instead. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. If the room would have had a mini-fridge it would have been perfect!

Parking. Valet parking was approximately $50 a night, which was our only choice unless you wanted to leave your vehicle in garage a few blocks away. The parking garages had poor online reviews, so we did leave our vehicle in valet parking.

Rooms are of special "student style" in many cute details. Very comfortable bed. Very close to UDistrict station of the Light Link train, which gets you to Capitol Hill (nice area, nice restaurants) in 10min, downtown in 15min and directly to the airport in 45min for ~3$. Area is really nice with some bars and restaurants and because of the university just around the corner with many young and nice people on the streets.

Nothing to complain at the hotel. Though be aware when beeing in downtown from Pike street to the south-east till Chinatown - there the drug addicts are quite crazy and a lot of them :( nicer areas I considered to be from Pine street to the west, especially around the space needle and at the Piers and of course one highlight is the Pike Street Market.

Fun concept with all sorts of memorabilia about college including famous alumni like basketball players and art stars who had graduated from a Washington university.

The bathroom had a standing sink but no surface to put things down on. As a person with a disability I could not balance myself and my “beauty”routine! After one night of this frustration, I called the front desk and asked for something to put things down on. Later that day, the hotel staff brought up a plastic chair and a small table for me to use. Brilliant! Problem solved!

Graduate Seattle is one of the most top tier experiences I’ve ever had. The accommodations were stellar and the history unique. The staff was unbelievable — the front desk, valet team, mountaineering club hostesses, the incredibly respectful/helpful maintenance men, and the lovely house keepers — whoever is in charge of hiring has put together the most amazing crew and it shows, bravo. The hotel is very clean and unique. The showers have quality products, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The curtains fully close for a proper night of rest. The walls are very well insulated and sound proofed. Fast elevators and fast service. Tons of food options in easy walking distance. The Mountaineering Club has amazing views, food, and atmosphere. Ryan and Devin (and the whole team) are sublime, their bartending and general knowledge is next level: they are humble but if you’re craving a drink they’ll make the best one you’ve ever had. I’ve never rated a place 10/10 but hands down will for Graduate Seattle, will be back, and will recommend to all friends traveling to Seattle:

A great modern hotel, we stayed for 3 nights after a long flight, 2 adults and a 2-year-old child. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable, stylish, and have everything you need. Check-in was quick. There's a café on the first floor where you can have breakfast in the morning.

Not a minus, just a fact: The surroundings of the hotel were questionable; on our first evening, as we were leaving the nearest supermarket, a police officer fired a shot into the air behind us..)

Desiree, the front staff was amazing. Accommodated us was warm and welcoming gave us recommendations for local eateries and also gave us a complementary drink ticket to the Mountaineer rooftop bar, which I highly recommend everyone try to make it to the mountaineer bar. If you don’t like alcoholic drinks there are non-alcoholic cocktails and the food looked amazing. I will definitely be back and thanks to Toni for accommodating us on our late arrival to be able to experience the mountaineer your bar.

We were sad because we booked here for the rooftop and it was closed for a private event but other than that the stay was great. Lots of hot water in the shower, beautiful view, full size pillows, and a really cool coffee/wine shop downstairs. The staff were incredibly accommodating and great!

Parking is expensive and no pool or hottub. I wish they would email prior if the rooftop bar is is going to be closed or reduce the rate if that happens. No mini fridge but there is a water heater.

Stunning hotel, beautifully decorated, comfortable room

Staff weren't the sharpest - we mentioned on check in that the number registered to the booking (my cell) wasn't working in the US (we don't know why as I have a US usage add on for my phone plan) yet received multiple delayed messages and voicemails to the number once we were back in Canada. Their website also promised a $25 light rail giftcard, $30 credit at the rooftop bar, and $15 breakfast credit - which the staff refused to honor when we enquired about, despite having screenshots from the site. Rooms were a little on the shabby side with peeling wallpaper in corners and a musty smell in the closet. Elevators were so slow that there was a near-constant queue in the lobby, we ended up taking the stairs all but once.

The lobby was very beautiful it was in a good location for my purpose close to university of Washington a lot of restaurants around. The room was spacious with a beautiful view.

It would be nice if there was a refrigerator in the room The closet didn’t have a light The neighborhood was not very clean. I stayed for two nights For a four star hotel I was expecting my room to be cleaned up each day and fresh towels provided, but it was not.
