Loved the stay at Holiday Inn, everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of the noise of Lima. Close to nice restaurants and parks.

It would be great if there were some bathrobes or slippers in the rooms. Also we had to keep asking for extra towels as the room was booked for four people and we got only 2 towels each time. A bit more attention to details would be greatly appreciated

We booked the king suite and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was for the price. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and we had a second bathroom which was great. We wish we stayed here at the beginning of our trip too. They even allowed us a late checkout since we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 11:30 pm.

Only minor thing was the hose for the shower was leaking. We still got to take a hot shower but it would have been nice to have higher water pressure.

The hotel has pretty good facilities and is clean. Location is good within Milaflores district surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast is limited and same daily, so keep in mind if you are staying for several days. Staff friendly and happy to help. In general, it's a pretty good budget hotel. However, I found that it is a bit overpriced.

The property is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room service is 24h and the food us delicious. The variety of the breakfast is great.

The pool could be heated.

The hotel was very clean with polite staff and in a nice location. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice spread.

Only gripe, it took a long time to replenish items at breakfast

Really appreciated the bed- super comfortable. Everyone got ample and wonderful rest. Food was excellent for buffet breakfast. Staff was courteous and professional. We felt really well-treated.

Given that travellers are encouraged to drink bottled water, it would have been nice to find the complimentary bottled water in the room, rather than my having to request it via the phone.

We liked the location, close to the heart of MIraflores, restaurants in the area, the closeness of the artesanias, air conditioning and a clean room at the hotel.

The only issue we had was with the restaurant menu not being that friendly towards people with food allergies. My wife has celiac (gluten intolerance) and we had to consult with the chef on the limited things she could have from the menu.

Excellent overall. Cant speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel infrastructure. Fully on point on all aspects. Met or exceeded expectations, I do not write any reviews at all but this was worth it.

I took this hotel on my way to Cusco. Stay 2 days In Lima. Breakfast buffet was included in my rate. It was delicious and multiple choices for food, juices. All the tour companies can pick you up at this hotel. Beds were comfortable.
