The breakfast is a bit expensive, but really generous. There were many options available. A feast! The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was huge! Very comfortable. I loved the water distributors on the corridors that had sparkling water! Just a small detail, but very nice! We booked a face treatment and a massage on the spa, and we really liked it. The location is great, next to many nice restaurants with lake view. We have read some comments online criticizing the hygiene in the pools, but at least for this last weekend, everything was very clean!

The place is completely packed during the weekend. Even after the spa external open hours, it was still impossible to enjoy some of the spa facilities because they were full with other people. I recommend to people who wish to book this hotel to enjoy the spa to avoid the weekend. Sunday evening the spa zone was much better! Some facilities are a bit worn down, and the pools are not as large as in other places, but I still think it is a very nice place.

front desk personnel were helpful all the time , we enjoyed the spa unfortunately we had only time to use it once. The breakfast was excellent.

We tried to take our dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night , since the menu of the day mentioned on the black board and sea foods where not available we selected from the remaining choices . Our first course never arrived , the main course composed of 3 different meat, only the chicken could be eaten , since we did not ordered yet the dessert , we decided to take our dinner in another restaurant . No apologies given for not delivering the first course .

Brilliant location short walk to promenade and restaurants. We shared a family room which gave us plenty of space. We really enjoyed using the spa facilities, although children can't use some areas. Breakfast was delicious and there was so much choice!

It felt a bit dated in style when we first arrived, but the space we had was super and we really enjoyed our stay! Better for couples than families in terms of facilities.

Great location by the lake, near restaurants and activities. Spa and gym good. Quiet and comfortable. Very dog-friendly. Electric charger for car excellent. Secure parking.

A little expensive but it was peak season.

Perfect place to relax. We were there for 4 nights. Lovely location on the lake Fantastic, well run pool and spa. Great access from 9 am to 22 pm. Wonderful staff. Large room and nice balcony with lake view. They complied with requests for fragrance free/hypo- allergenic room. Assisted with getting cab rides to and from train station. Would love to return.

Only a slight problem getting out of shower/bath with slippery bottom of tub.

the Manager, Remy Chevalier and all the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful in all matters. But even in helping me to contact the right people to arrange having my car towed back to Italy , after having had an accident en route. They could not do enough to help, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I will be coming back regularly and have been telling all my friends and clients to come. the other thing I really liked was the professional but always laid back friendly feeling, I really felt at home there and found the spa so relaxing. the pool courses were great fun too!

The rooms were clean and spacious and the pools, saunas and hammam were a great addition to our stay.

the pool, hamman and sauna area was incredibly busy as it was not exclusively for hotel residents and was also open to the general public. However, the hotel did give hotel residents exclusive access after 6pm until 11pm which was appreciated.

EVERYTHING!!

The restaurant ran out of 4 of the meals on the menue by 8pm. They could step up their supply to match demand. I shouldn’t be left with little or no choice, especially after I was seated. Guests should be told before being seated so other decisions, IE going down the road to another restaurant, can be made. The Hammam was cold when we went to use it.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Great location with harbor and lake views, excellent customer service, and a nice spa. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

Amazing view. Decent facilities. Nice hosting. But...

Gym equipment is crap. It's rusted. Electronics won't work in the machines. They have a cool exercises gaming system but it doesn't really work. Shower at spa is unhygienic. In the rooms, hey wouldn't switch on AC claiming it's a transition week to summer. But there was tons of pollen of you open windows, making it difficult.
