Modern, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, free parking, good breakfast
They said they had AC but it was not turning on, not a big problem since the night was fresh but on a hot summer day it might be a different story

A brand new hotel next to Blois (Centre-Val de Loire) train station and within minutes walk from the historic Blois old town, including Royal château of Blois.

The buffet breakfast was good - everything ranging from croissants/pain au chocolat to baguette and brioche, nice home made jams, several cheeses, meats for those who like them, yogurts, cereals, juices, and eggs and bacon. Coffee, fruit and juice, you name it. The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and warm in the cold weather. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The location directly opposite the station was great for me after a long day's travel, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the Chateau Royal and the centre of town.
I really needed a laundry service, but was told the machines were only for employees' clothes. That and a coded room-safe for valuables would be welcome additions to a pleasant hotel. Because of the cold I decided to eat dinner each night in the restaurant (breakfast area), but the menu was rather limited and there was little for vegetarians or just vegetable lovers. Other dishes - meat or fish - had very small servings of vegetable matter. The waiter service was a bit lacking; it seemed some young fellows were being trained, but the trainer was rather abrupt and exhibited little friendliness.

It is a nice hotel for budget-minded travelers. The room was hot, but the staff adjusted it upon request. (You can't just do it yourself.) Otherwise, there isn't much interaction with staff as they have you check in at a kiosk. The location is good for those going to visit Blois, although the view from the room wasn't much to look at.
Breakfast was good, although it's a very busy room (we were there during a school holiday, so... lots of families with kids!). It was understandably hard for the staff to keep up with the diners, but more than once the dishes and silverware offered for use weren't clean. Ugh. Our biggest advice is to arrive and check in BEFORE it gets dark. It is ridiculously hard to find where to park for this hotel if it's dark. The signage for the hotel could be improved, too.

The hotel is very new and convenient for transport into and around town. Directly opposite the train and bus stations and there was a free electric mini bus around town. Room met our basic needs and it was clean and comfortable They had good enviro friendly sustainable standards, including recycling and refillable soap dispensers. Staff were very friendly and coped really well when a large bus tour group arrived. The kitchen produced amazing food under the pressure of large numbers.
The overall lighting was very bright all the time making it look sterile, like.a hospital or university student housing. No fridge or safe in room. Being such a new hotel (April 2024,) we were surprised to find the shower head bracket and toilet paper holder were broken. However when we mentioned it we were immediately offered a different room.

The location is perfect for those travelling by train. Right outside the SNCF station. It is just a short walk to the old city center. The staff is friendly. The room was basic but still comfortable.
The reception is literally at the front of the restaurant. It was not very easy to find. There is underground parking but a reservation is needed to ensure a spot (which I was not informed beforehand) The breakfast was mediocre. We arrived at least 45 mins before closing time, but already a lot of the items were not available and they said they would not be refilling them. Also the lady "cleaning" the tables basically pushed everything onto the chair and the floor.... And there is no mini fridge in the room

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was really very good and strong pressure. The room was v clean. Very good location too. Breakfast was good but nothing special about it. Private parking.
It was very difficult to find even though we used TomTom and Google Maps. There are no obvious signs which was very frustrating, I eventually recognised the building from a Google picture I found. We also didn't like the plastic feel of the floor, and the fact that you cannot control the A/C. We also didn't like the fact that you couldn't use the TV or chromcast unless you entered personal information. The room had a kettle and coffee sachets but no sugar or milk, and only hard plastic cups. Bedside tables way too small, can't even fit a pair of open glasses. No reception desk which made it feel less like a hotel.

Really clean rooms, nice and big, it had air con but it couldn’t be changed to make it slightly cooler, it was a hot July. Staff were friendly and we paid extra for the underground parking which was fab. Lots of choice at breakfast and it kept being topped up so it was fresh but could do with more tables at busy times. Nice walk into the centre for restaurants and bars only 10 mins away.
We didn’t want to eat in the restaurant but couldn’t sit in to have a beer, we could have soft drinks or hot drinks but no wine or alcohol if we aren’t eating which we didn’t know until we tried, there are a couple of nice places nearby for a drink.

Brand new modern style hotel, very clean and convinient with friendly staff and good neigbourhood. They were able to store our bikes inside their garage in separate place for bikes, also for Loire cycling very convinient as they are right next to the train station. Breakfast was excellent, spacious room and lots of choices to take.
If I need to say anything here than the equipment in the room is quite basic, no wardrobe. But unfortunately this is more and more the case in all hotels lately, so I would not hold this against them - rather against the direction that we are heading ;-)
