Breakfast is good. Outdoor Pool was closed due to season but looks well maintained. Cute courtyard and. Gazebo. Little noise despite long term tenants and truckers. Smoking lounge and bar near lobby open at night. Tourist pamphlets are up to date. Gym was functional. Business center was functional. Housekeeping is very nice. Hotel is dark like it's lighted but the lights came from 1942 it's okay it's very pretty lighting and a little outdated but I felt safe walking around at night. Laundry and ice works. Rooms are spacious and have excellent lights. Gas station/subway one parking lot away. Walmart easily accessed too.

You may want a jacket in the hallways. Some hallways under full renovation but the workers stay out of the way and aren't messy. Muffins could be better and more milk options for breakfast. Otherwise it's. All just picky stuff. Ya know. The hotel itself is perfectly fine for family or friends or a couple or a solo traveler.

I love that this hotel is close to the fairgrounds. It is easy to get in and out of because there is a light when there is traffic. The staff is kind and willing to help with anything that you need.

I was a little disappointed this time because they were fixing the pool and I wasn't able to use it, but usually the pool is clean and a wonderful place to hang out. I'm sure that it will be ready for use the next time we visit.

It was very nice room. It was very clean. The step in showers are very nice addition.

It was under construction and not finished. The toilet seat fell off and the shower head leaked. Went there because i thought we had a sliding door to our car and found out they had changed to big window. Made for more walking to room. Beds are to high for my liking although very comfortable once up on it. Will chose a different place for our trip back home.

Breakfast was good, room and common spaces were clean, all staff was kind, it was not loud, room amenities were a nice bonus

I didn’t love the location, but it was nice that 81 was right next to it. Our bathrooms light and fan did not work, but it was still very clean and nice. There was not much I didn’t enjoy

The front desk people were very nice. Housekeeping was also very pleasant. We made use of the pool this time around. We like the bar inside the hotel.

The stairways and hallway carpets could use a good vacuuming, but our room was clean and that's what matters.

Perfect location for B&B to walk to the Niagara Falls - most of other B&B are on a longer distance and parking close to Niagara falls is very expensive. But from this B&B it is just 25-30 minutes of walk - and you save $36 on parking.

Some wasps on the veranda if you eat anything sweet. Not very aggressive though.

The staff there is very helpful. Room clean. Nice in hotel bars with pool table and more. Right beside 24 hour Gas station/subway / smoke shop. And pet friendly. Nice breakfast too.

That I stayed at another hotel first.

AS I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM DAYS INN PROPERTIES, THE HOTEL WAS WELL-MAINTAINED, AND THE ROOM HAD EVERYTHING I REQUIRED, WITHOUT USELESS INTERIOR DECORATING FRILLS,, EVERYTHING WORKED AS IT SHOULD;BED WAS COMFORTABLE.

MINOR: SODA MACHINES WERE NOT STOCKED; ROOM WIRING HAD BEEN DONE IN THE PRE-MICROWAVE/FRIDGE ERA, SO UNPLUGGING/PLUGGING IN WAS NEEDED AT TIMES.

Nice and clean and entertainment nearby

The mini fridge under the television was not cold enough. I ended up eating my sushi rolls that I purchased earlier sooner than I wanted. I also believe all motels should have televisions with HDMI ports; this one didn’t have any on the wall to hook up a work laptop or show extra content on a larger screen for my USB-C to HDMI adapter.

Only stayed for quick coffee. Breakfast offerings seemed good however

A vistor was loudly singing with a song on her phone. Really annoying. Not sure how you would correct that.
