I was really satisfied, despite the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned, there was some issues with the rooms because I booked 20 minutes before arrival, but it was quickly resolved. The location is perfect, the whole building is like a dormitory, but much better. Parking is easy and super accessible, even from the second floor immediately, the room was warm and the water hot, breakfast surprisingly good. It’s not a luxury experience, but weirdly this was my most comfortable stay, and I visited plenty of countries and hotels.

It's an inexpensive place to sleep a night when you are driving - clearly the function of the hotel. But the parking is almost non-existent.

Parking is a major issue - there is a short street under the hotel with some cars parked in an unorganized way. Most of designated spots are reserved. This issue might me due to construction nearby. But since it's a hotel designed for overnight stops, proper parking is expected. Breakfast looked sad, I suggest skipping it and finding any decent restaurant nearby

At first it has to be said that more than a hotel this accomodation reminds me of a residence hall. However,this was not neccesarily a bad thing because the room was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave oven and electric double cooker. The room was clean and bathroom was quite spacious. There are no dishes in the room - they have to be rent in different rooms. Having check-in machine after 16.00 is maybe not typical but there were no problems with the process. It was quite quick and smooth - if you need no assistance of any kind during non-working hours, I consider this way of handling check-in as acceptable. The breakfast was good - typical selections of foods (ham,cheese,oats,müsli,tea,coffee...) was fine and served from 6 am on working days. The location is favorable because it takes only some 10 minutes to get to the city center. All in all, recommended for those looking for simple and reasonably priced accomodation.

Easy check in and parking. Rooms simply furnished student accommodation. Crockery and cookware were available from a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was available

Nothing major. It would have been nice to have some cleaning/drying materials to wash and dry the crockery we used, so that we could return them to the ground floor room for someone else to use

Everything, the location is a little bit far from the town centre but it is so peaceful and clean, the facilities are very good, the staff speak several languages and are super helpful, they when helped me to get a cab for the early morning when I had to take the train to go the airport. I spent a month visiting Leoben for business and I was able to do everything there, sleeping comfortable, shower in peace with good pressure and temperature, cook and keep my food for good time with the mini-fridge with a freezer drawer. The internet there was incredible good, I enjoyed it thoroughly during the whole month.

The ventilator in the room is a little bit tricky to understand and control, but once you get it is very straightforward. The bed is good but the pillows are not the best, it is okay for a couple of days but weeks it was not ideal but is manageable.

GPS/navigation (in car(rented)) couldn't locate address on street (probably to new) coupled with no signposts on turnoff from main road and no street ligths at junction made nighttime driving scary

The kiosk used o check in couldn't print our key card so we had to call the emergency line. There was a way to get an emergency card to get into our room but we found out that it would open any room. So that meant that other people could have gotten into our room using an emergency card.

Everything was good. Nice breakfast, daily cleaning room, very nice and helpful personel.

I do not know how it is possible but despite daily cleaning everything in the room was covered by dust….what is a little bit annoying if you are allergic to it.

Quick and efficient, self-check-in, etc. Great value for money. Had some email+phone exchange with staff before arrival, they were readily available, kind and friendly.

The chair in the room, well, wasn't the newest or the cleanest. A better sunblind/curtain would have been nice to block the dawn sun.

Good value, easy booking, near main street

Parking was full. Problem with check in, I got room key from apartment that was already occupied, support phone number wasn’t available and no one replaid on email to help with problem. In the end, guy in whitch room I entered with wrong key, helped us and we finally got our room.
