Nice old building in a very central location in the City centre, tastefully refurbished,with excellent sized rooms and communal areas full of ambience. Comfortable and quiet bedroom with full amenities.

Not really suitable for guests with mobility problems. Although there is a lift there are small sets of stairs to negotiate between the lift and the communal areas including the bar and lounge. There is discounted parking is available in a nearby multi-storey car park, but this is a five minute walk away which is not level. The streets of Carceres are very narrow and cobbled in the old town centre with many one way.

The location of this hotel is terrific - in the old town and looking onto a lovely little leafy square. The interior features some striking architecture and the room was spacious if relatively simple - as befits the price paid.

There is no food available in the afternoons past a certain hour which is a pity as the terrace overlooking the square would have been a lovely place to sit and enjoy a cold beer and some tapas after arriving after a long drive.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful old Spanish building. Located in the heart of the old town. Staff was very professional and friendly. Very spacious, complete and clean room and the bathroom was even better. Do not leave without the fantastic breakfast.

There is no parking space available but there is a (paid) parking garage close to the hotel (3 minute walk). This should not be a problem in most cases but we were driving a very (5.25 meter) long luxury car and could barely fit it trough the old, steep and narrow roads. This should not be a problem for most cars, but keep this in mind when driving a large car or van.

Hotel is very nice and in a great location, but not for a motorcycle

Parking. We have stayed there a few times before and always been allowed to park our motorcycle discretely outside the hotel. Not this time. We were instructed to park out motorcycle in a garage about a mile away which despite several attempts i could not find. Had to park in the street in a square about a half mile away. I'm afraid with the parking nonsense we will not go back. Shame, staff did not seem at all bothered when I complained about the parking.

The location is superb - right in the heart of beautiful Caceres. Our rooms were good - slightly lacking in character but made up for by the excellent air conditioning! All of the members of staff we spoke to were very helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations and detailed directions of where to park the car. It was our second stay there and we would definitely return.

You do need to be aware that it’s a bit of a stress navigating the narrow streets and one way system to find the hotel and then the car park but worth the hassle.

A superb hotel - 6 star quality within a 4 start rating. The location is excellent. All staff are extremely helpful, and reception staff particularly so. The breakfast buffet offers a selection that exceeds all other hotels ~I have visited in many years. Although there is no onsite parking the car park with which the hotel has arrangements is very good, with helpful staff, and includes EV charging points for overnight charging.

A little difficult to reach the hotel by car - but worth it in the end. The guidance to the nearest car park was helpful, and it is only a short walk then to the hotel.

Excellent location for exploring the old town. Very comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for the standard of facilities and service. Good breakfast buffet included.

Very slightly "corporate" feel to the hotel. We were offered a "free upgrade" at check-in, which was actually the standard of room we had already booked! I didn't like the e-check-in email that was sent several days before arrival - It felt like a me doing the hotels' job for them, rather that speeding-up the process.

I’m always confident choosing an NH hotel wherever I travel. This location exceeded expectations. It was a perfect location, staff were very friend friendly and accommodating. The service and food were excellent and the accommodations very comfortable and aesthetically appealing. The rain shower was fantastic!

The rooms were very warm and A/C did not seem to work. Understandably it wad January and this was probably beyond their control.

We found the hotel to be full of character,cosy and very comfortable. There’s a lovely bar with picture windows on to a little square. There’s rooms are beautifully appointed with every you need and the large queen size bed was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay and would definitely recommend this hotel which is in an excellent location for shops, bars and restaurants

Nothing.. it was all good

This NH hotel has the best location in Caceres, at the most beaufitul square of the town. I appreciated the stylistic order of the interiors and enjoyed pieces of art collected. + Good breakfasts in the morning and great wines at the evening.

Just one small note regarding some of the front desk staff... they should upgrade English to be able to help with invoice (but this does not apply to all of their receptionists). This took them too much time (30 minutes) while I was at hurry.
