We stayed in a brand new and very modern studio with a nice view over Mediteranean Sea just two steps away from the beach and close to Limassol city center. The staff was always friendly and helpful, everything was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated a lot the pool, a pity that the bar is closed in the afternoon since a cocktail could be nice. A big thank you to the barista preparing our coffee every morning!

Breakfast was good but it could be better (with more options) and the shower head was ridiculously uncomfortable to use.

The building architecture is unique and the rooms are very spacious well designed and well equipped. The staff was very helpful! The room was very clean!

This is now off season and we could not have used the pool. The property is very good for comfortable and stylish stay but it does not have a vibe of a “holiday hotel” as the public areas are limited. Another very small issues relates to the maintenance of the room: in the toilet one light above the sink was out of order (resulting with limited light there) and the curtains in the bedroom was detached from edge of the guiding rails.

For me, the people who meet and greet you in the property, and their attitude is the most important thing. The staff here are exceptional. A special thanks to Marilena and Masoud who work on the reception reach at ONLY Tower and the guy who does the breakfast in the mornings. My suite was finished to a very high standard with all modern amenities, and most importantly, a very comfortable bed. The views from the suite are breath taking looking down the coast line of Limassol. I was blown away by the view up on the 20th floor. Despite the Icon built in front of the ONLY Tower, there are still magnificent views to the left and right. The pool and sun loungers on the first floor are great. I also used the gym on the 9th floor which was well equipped.

This is in-keeping with other feedback. The breakfast lacks imagination. The property doesn’t have a kitchen, so the food is brought in. Some scrambled eggs would have been great. to compensate the coffee was great and plentiful and super helpful guy serving. Most of the time, I was the only person in the restaurant.

Beautiful property. Lovely rooms, stunning views, well designed bathroom for a family of 3. Pool was clean, clear water and usually empty. Great sun beds and parasols. Excellent location. Plenty of car parking. Breakfast was fine if you are not after a massive buffet. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

More staff to help the one poor guy who was on reception, breakfast set up / clearing and every other job that was guest-facing. He did a great job. Although our room was spotlessly clean on arrival, we did have one surprise - when laying on the bed we were presented with an image of a previous guest’s penis and ball sack which they had kindly pressed on the glass door when on the balcony. Amusing but gross. Not something that a cleaner would see given the angle but suggest cleaning the glass doors inside and out between guests.

Absolutely perfect! Choosing this place was the best decision we made. The staff provided the warmest and most professional service we've ever experienced. Stunning room views, along with an exceptional wellness center and gym! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Massoud (I hope the spelling is correct) at the front desk was fantastic – a real highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this place without hesitation!

While our overall stay was great, we were a bit let down by the lack of pet amenities. We were traveling with a small dog, and it would have been nice if the hotel provided some basics like a dog bowl or a mat. It’s a small detail, but it would have made our stay even more comfortable.

This is a newly developed tower building so everything is brand new. The room was beautiful, spacious and modern with a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower and a balcony. View from the room (on the 20th floor) was amazing, looking over the city and also the sea. Staff were very friendly and always on hand for anything we needed. Has a gym and spa area which are also excellent and worth a visit. Breakfast was simple yet of great quality, and an excellent coffee made to order. It's a 2 minute walk to the sea front which has a lovely foot path to enjoy a walk (full with restaurants, cafes etc). Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and new with new sauna and gym facilities and private gated parking. Also, the sea view from the high floor was unique, if you aren’t afraid of heights on the balcony. Pool looked nice. It it is off season. Lots of space in the suite with roomy dining area and living room. Bathroom has a big wall in shower. Staff was super nice and breakfast was plentiful.

If you like dark cabinets and decor with unique art, this place is for you.

The room was a great size to sleep three adults. It was very clean and had a mini fridge with complimentary water, coffee, tea and snacks. The fridge was also stocked with drinks you could buy. The staff were super friendly and tried to accommodate all your questions in such a professional manner. There is a supermarket near by, restaurants and a Starbucks. Great location, excellent views over Limassol, spotless apartment. Very modern amenities and comfortable living spaces. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy a coffee in the fresh air. Next to La Caleta restaurant which is nice for brunch or any time of day really.

Breakfast was average, not much choice and nothing special. Only one coffee was included with breakfast, we had to pay for additional coffees which seemed a bit cheap... they did refund the coffees on checkout however, it seems their policy had changed and not all the staff were up to date. Also the receptionist took a 50 EUR deposit for extras which I don't think was mentioned anywhere when we booked.

Where to even start. The staff was excellent!!! They were very attentive and always asked if there was anything we needed and to just let them know. We even got some great recommendations for the area. The product (hand and body wash) was very amazing. It smelled so great they was asked if we could purchase some. Lol.

The only thing I wished was better was the kind shower they have. It was unexpected and didn't have a shower curtain. If you're not tall you probably won't like it unless you're used to using the detachable all the time. It's not the traditional you may be used to but the water was good and hot. Also the water isn't hard (a plus in my book).
