Friendly staffs, clean & comfortable rooms. The hotel is totally new, everything is new and clean. (Some floors are still under finishing before they can be totally put into operation). Small but nice and comfortable swimming pool on the top of this building. My kids really love it. This hotel is located at the center of Nha Trang, only few minutes (~3 mins) to walk to the public beach and around 10 mins to the Night market.

The hair conditioner (in bathroom) has not been filled yet. I will appreciate the hotel much if you can provide the hair conditioner too.

The Adamas Hotel was exquisite. All the staff were superb. Everyone literally, from the entire front desk associates, the excellent cleaning staff, the fabulous breakfast and restaurant staff and cooks, to the most accommodating sauna and pool staff. We didn't visit the sky bar, but obviously they were fantastic as well. We have been travelling around Vietnam for the past 5 weeks and the Adamas tops all hotels we have stayed at. The rooms are so very comfortable and very clean. Every detail in comfort design has been met. Thanks again for such a pleasant stay!

Very modern and comfortable hotel that is excellent value for money. Breakfast options are good and the quality is there. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, we extended our stay by an extra 3 nights and the staff were very accommodating (especially Mr Tran, Ms Thur and Mr Thinh). Would recommend this hotel especially given its convenient location.

Only a few small points as we have really enjoyed our stay! - No Netflix available on the TV despite a reply stating that they do (one of us was quite ill for a few days so would have been nice to have this advertised service) - The breakfast area is lovely but is quite small for size of the hotel (depending on time you go there can be little to no free tables)

Adamas Boutique Hotel is the most value-for-money 5* hotel in Nhatrang city. Location is convenient right in city walk to almost all necessities: beach, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets. The accommodation was immaculate, our Studio Suite was so large with a beautiful view, the room facilities were luxurious, the super king-size bed was ultra comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with lots of choice every morning. The service was exceptional. Receptionists Mr. Trận, Ms. Thùy and Mr. Phúc were brilliant, great communication, really helpful and friendly; waiting staff at May Lounge and housekeepers went the extra mile to accommodate all our requirements. Generally, all services at Adamas Boutique Hotel exceeded all our expectations for our 5-night stay. This is a wonderful place to stay. Thoroughly recommended.

There was nothing not to like, perfect in everyway.

We loved everything about the Adamas hotel. We booked a junior suite and it was great, lovely bathroom, huge bed and a comfy seating area. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices for vegetarians and was a great start to the day. We even had afternoon tea in the coffee lounge and at approx £6 for both of us it was amazing value. It’s just a short walk to a lovely beach with a good promenade and the hotel is bang in the middle of plenty of restaurants, spas and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, all was great

I liked absolutely everything, the room was amazing with a great view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a huge choice. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a very short walk to the beach and to one of the best beach bars in the whole of Nha Trang.

Absolutely nothing

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and looked after. The hotel staff really care. The room was fabulous and the upgrade to a better view and the complimentary bowl of fruit just made it even better. The pool is lovely and breakfast is excellent. The location is great. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay - I will be back!

The rooms were very clean with great facilities. We got large and comfortable beds with enough power points and smart TV. Very spacious bathroom and great room service. Good buffet breakfast!! Tran, at the reception was very kind and helpful. He helped in getting a good driver (who can speak english) to take us to Yang Bay and explore the city.

Nothing I could think of

New hotel, nice and clean. Breakfast and gym were good.

Customer service at times was a bit average, like we were being a nuisance to them. Not greeted at times and little things like you had to find and ask for pool towels etc. Not all staff were like this...but a couple in particular had a did not care attitude. With that, I'd say it missed the mark of a 5 star hotel. (4 from my perspective).

Incredibly comfortable beds. We booked the suite which felt very luxurious and was a lovely place for us to shelter from the storm.

Some of the facilities had a cost associated to them which is poor for a luxury hotel. Guests should have free access to everything. We had an issue with the water temperature when we arrived but it was fixed by day two
