Great location. Lovely breakfast lots of choices.

Shower over bath is not my favourite, but fine. However, a 25cm tap spout protruding into the tub, directly under the rain shower makes things awkward. Similarly the toilet roll holder being fixed to the wall next to the cistern is not easy to reach. Would be much better under the bench in an easy to reach spot. We were staying three nights and were given 3 teabags and 3 decafe coffee sachets.

Not a lot of choices for breakfast. They had run out of various items on different days. Was told they were understaffed and unable to offer the egg cooking station. More hot food choices needed at breakfast such as mushrooms, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans and cooked tomatoes. Unable to order any food during the day. Cleaning staff could be noisy in the mornings, heard outside our room in the corridors and outside below our window (talking loudly) Feedback is only being offered to help make improvements to a very well located, spacious and beautifully decorated hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great! We were there for Christmas and the hotel put on a great Christmas day lunch. Breakfast was good although I would have liked some more traditional breakfast foods (eggs, bacon/sausage, etc). Overall, great stay and very nice rooms.

No elevator to brings bags to the room. The shower only had a partial door and the shower head was in a weird spot. I ended up getting the floor fairly wet and I am not sure there was really anything better I could have done to avoid it.

Wonderful location. Very interesting modernist design and layout, carefully and sympathetically updated with contemporary fittings and amenities. Perfect for a quiet stay: park location + enclosed landscaped courtyard with lovely designed heated pool. You just want to lounge there; and if you are there on business the place is the perfect oasis to get back to after work.

Breakfast could be better. Good variety but very basic quality. Fully operational restaurant and bar would make the place great (but then it would get busier, and the magic and the quietness of the place might go).There is a lot of space that could easily accommodate a spa or other facilities. and the location should be perfect for it.

Its our 100% value for money winner for this trip, that was an unexpected positive all thumbs up. - Clean & practical rooms, everything you need at a good standard - situated among trees in a park right next to the CBD and beach in Geelong (10 min walk) - lots if animals to see in the park only a few hundred meters (flying foxes, Kakadus, …) - free good choice breakfast - very good Thai restaurant in the evening - clean laundry facilities - lots of parking - daily room cleaning - free pool tables fir some evening entertainment - friendly helpful reception staff - lots of free parking

The upgraded breakfast buffet with the cooked options was great. We stayed with you in 2023 when it was only continental and we were sad that you didn’t have eggs. We also really liked the Thai restaurant meals, they were very generous and fresh. Your staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed and easy. Check in was easy and the pool and facilities were lovely.

The air conditioning was a bit too cold for the temperature of the day in the foyer and restaurant. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The resort feels like it is currently undergoing a refurb around the outside - however our room was beautifully renovated with modern touches like the digital light panels and lovely design touches with the paintwork and the curtains and a very comfy clean king bed - the bathroom was lovely and modern. The aircon was on and the blinds lowered so a very lovely cool welcome on a blistering hot afternoon! The evening restaurant is a Thai Restaurant and well serviced with traditional chefs - who produced really flavoursome Thai food - though it was a fusion - so lots of choice for those wanting other meals. Breakfast was nicely presented with lots of variety to appeal to different cultures again - with interesting additions of toasted sandwiches as well as the normal eggs and bacon - nice touches - little cakes and pastries.

There are no lifts so wheel chairs would be tricky - just be aware of this as normally my partner walks with a walker - but at the moment he is in a good place so was able to navigate the stairs without the walker - so this could be a problem.

My stay at this location was excellent. Traveling with my family, including an 8-week-old baby, meant I needed the most convenient setup possible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my room and parking spot were ideally situated, making it effortless to transport items between my car and room. Additionally, when I decided to extend my stay at the last minute, the process was seamless and took less than five minutes. The customer service here is exceptional, and the location is fantastic. I’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

This hotel boasts a fantastic location and exceptional customer service. Ideal for families and groups, it offers spacious, impeccably clean accommodations. Plus, its proximity to shops and popular attractions makes it a convenient choice for travelers.

I keep returning to Eden Oak Geelong—it feels like a home away from home whenever I travel to Geelong. I like the serenity of the place, its proximity to the cycling trails and events, its location adjacent to the Botanical Garden, the friendly atmosphere, and the staff's support in providing me with the preferred room. The hotel offers openly accessible, spacious parking under the building and protects the car from hail. I feel safe parking and accessing my vehicle here. I also like the hotel's shared space/ meals section overlooking the lush green gardens. People want to order and have meals here, and it is a welcome addition to the room space booked.

I dislike the waste created by the small shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel products. The scent of the care product line is a little odd, too- more like men's shaving cream than a unisex care product. I wish Eden Oak would adopt more sustainable practices by installing refillable care products instead.
