Location was excellent. I wanted to be within walking distance to Rockport Beach and the Art District. Rockport was celebrating their annual SeaFair festival with all awesome and local vendors. The property is currently under new management. I met the new owners and they were very polite and very proud of their Inn. We will definitely stay at the Village Inn again.

Only complaint, the parking lot could use an upgrade. Old asphalt with many holes..Other then thats, it was a great stay.

Family owned ,I stayed at motel 6 ,OYO or Super8 and this is hands down best. clean and smells great! Mini Fridge bigger than most and microwave in the room. 3 super fluffy pillows on each bed ( 2 queen bed room) The owners were super friendly and treated my family like their own, rooms are renovated and have super cold A/C Wells fargo Bank just in front and there was a donut place at 1 block , Walmart and HEB were at 5 min drive distance , for the price/value you can't beat Village Inn. Next time we are going to Rockport , this will be our motel again .

This motel has been renovated and is a great price for the clean/ updated look it now has. There was enough space for two twin air mattresses or one full air mattress comfortably in addition to the two full sized beds. I also LOVED the donut shop next door in walking distance.

The toilet flushed but not well and the pool was quite sandy. Both of these issues were of minor consequence to me but others may find it note worthy.

My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was small, as expected, but great value for the price. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Close to the beach and restaurants. Great donut, coffee, smoothie shop next door!

The trash was not taken out each day, and I had to ask for coffee packets after the first morning. But it's not a big deal for me. It's still a great place for the price.

The owner was very friendly, quick checking in and out the rooms are amazing clean ,nice and new …the bathroom is very big I was amazed nice location Donut shop next to it walking distance ..I definitely well come back with the family Thank you Village Inn Motel

Spacious room (two queen beds) with full size fridge & cook range. Room is clean. The shower water will get hot; you may have to wait a few minutes. Great location near to Little Bay & downtown. The lady at the front desk is awesome; she’s so friendly and helpful.

Wifi only worked once in a while

The owners were very nice. The room was very spacious and clean.

They are remodeling the place so the parking lot was a little tight but still manageable, it will be great when finished.

No breakfast, location was ok to beach and Market day's area walking distance to donuts and coffee shop, Sam ( and his cousin) were cool and entertaining individuals.

No closet or place to hang clothes,.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We got into town earlier than expected and Sam allowed is to check in early. He gave us his card and welcomed us back to stay again. Our room had a kitchenette, which we didn't expect at all, which was a definite plus.

A quick walk to the beach, beds were very comfortable.The room was larger than expected & very clean, easily accessible, really nice staff

The curtain let a little sun in, so we bought something to go up in the windows. But that's just our preference.
