Positives: 1)Check in and out was smooth and employee in the reception was cooperative 2)the apartment is very big specious and suitable for my family members Nicly , it felt very homey 3)lightening was perfect 4)kitchen well arranged and equipped 5)4 bathrooms was more than enough 6)closets was excellent and very good quality 7)the location is amazing being near Juffair Square and a lot of other coffee shops and restaurants in the Center

1) housekeeping was done only once during our 1 week stay and based on my request , they came after 1 hour, in general you could do much more better in term of cleaning the apartment. 2) you have very nice swimming pool at the roof my kids loved it but again not very clean and no guard, no services there , the view of Bahrain from the roof was stunning but not safe for kids. I think you have excellent roof top that you need to fix it and utilise it in a more effective way.

The property was big and clean.

The staff cleaning, her name is Josie, very mean housekeeper. She was making rude remarks as she was cleaning saying that there's too much hair. Also made some unfriendly gestures while I was checked in. Please have a talk with her as she comes off very rude!

Fantastic location and residence, the flat itself was fantastic and the pool & gym were an added bonus. I would recommend to stay here again.

Only improvement I'd recommend is for the flat to be cleaned and dusted prior to arrival and thay thr soaps ne stocked. These were addressed when I raised them during my stay

It went beyond our expectations. The entire apartment was clean and very spacious. Beds are comfy. The 3 bathrooms were all clean and big. The kitchen appliances are top of the line. The living and dining area's furnitures are well thought off, very chic. They have a lot of amenities too! It is also easy to locate and near to restaurants and supermarket.

The curtains in the living area is broken, we cannot open it. The TV shows are all in arabic. We called the reception and was told that they would send someone to help but nobody came. For booking.com -please update your pictures and room details. We booked for apartment with balcony but there's none in our room.

A perfect place at a perfect location. The apartment was huge,with good views of the surrounding areas. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area. A short ride from Manama city center. I would stay here again.

The kitchen could have more glasses, some basic condiments and cleaning utensils.

This place (by far) was the best place I've ever stayed at in the area. * The apartment was very spacious. * Modern and upscaled furniture. * Clean and very well maintained. * Looked exactly like the pictures. * Staff was very kind & welcoming. * A very good value for the price.

* The room-service was slow. * The TV did not work at all. * No access to parking garage. Only monthly apartment residents are allowed in.

Staff could not be more helpful. The location is central Juffair. Beds and sofas were very comfy. Extended my checkout time by an hour, very thankful for that.

Room service needs big improvement, was missing hair dryer, ironing board and iron, prayer mats. The drain plug on bath tubs have no clearance so it doesn't drain water well. Hot water only came through after nearly 10 minutes of waiting with running cold water.

The apartment was clean and very wide. The kitchen is provided with all necessary items.

I didn’t like the waiting time for check in. Normally the check in is at 2 pm but they checked me in at 3 and they told me this is the normal time. They also provide breakfast but not in their restaurant. They provide a breakfast package but it doesn’t include all breakfast items. It is limited to certain foods only.

Staff , Location, parking, luxury, rooms , hospitality Everything was OK as per my needs , I booked one bedroom & they upgraded me to two bedrooms for free.

Nothing serious to mention, just little leak in the bathroom but already fixed once reported, No hair dryer, no dust bins in the rooms only in toilets

The size and cleanliness of the apartments are really good, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here

Check in was a bit slow, rooms were not equally equipped and took some back and forth with reception to bring them up to speed, however once sorted things were great.
