Room was clean, pet friendly and private. When we checked in our desk gal was wonderful!! She stated she was pretty new, been there a couple weeks. We had an issue with out tv remote and she came to our room twice to help. We got it figured out. Good price and location! Wonderful pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. We will be back!

Walking outside to go to pool and breakfast because pet friendly rooms are in a separate building. It was extremely cold the 2 nights we stayed otherwise it would not have been an issue. We really enjoyed the privacy and our room!! Our bed was so comfy!!

It was ok. All I did was sleep there. This was the second time I was there, and I have a few more weekends I will be going.

Although all staff didn't greet or acknowledge me at the front desk, the majority did. As for breakfast, I'm a diabetic, so sugary breakfast is not the ideal breakfast. Maybe incorporate some fruit or protein. Overall, it was a good stay.

The location offered easy access to other businesses & venues in town.

I thought the breakfast selections could have been better with the addition of sausages, bacon, or some form of eggs. I'm diabetic, so the selection of sweets was not good for my breakfast choice.

Breakfast was ample to get the day started. The location is great for out of town travelers.

Unfortunately, the TV in my room didn't work but, I got into town late and did not want anybody coming at the late hour to fix it. Also, oddly, the curtains hanging over the air conditioner were not fully connected. I had to get a chair to hang a half dozen hooks from the curtain to the rod. House-cleaning should have caught this.

The staff were all very polite and friendly! Rice lake is a wonderful place to be held over for work as I was. The bowling alley has nice staff which was across the street. The Econo Lodge had a nice indoor pool and hot tub. I enjoyed the hot tub!

I have no complaints!

This hotel is a good value and meets necessary standards. It's comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. We've stayed there during the holidays three years in a row. We like it.

The snow shovel was broken and snow was piled up around the entrance until the last day of our visit. Someone finally shoveled. How do you haul your suitcases over piles of snow? Very carefully.

Location, cost, friendly and helpful staff. Responsive staff to our needs and when things were not working on the room night person came down and worked on the issue. Awesome that there is a pool and whirlpool option.

Simple breakfast option.

We didn't eat the breakfast - went across the street to Maxine's Restaurant. The heater/air conditioning unit was nice and quiet. Some hotels are very noisy. Enjoyed the hot tub/whirlpool, but it needs painting. Main pool was too cold for us.

Needed directions on how to use the coffeemaker in the room! TV remote didn't work very well - almost impossible to turn On and Off. Reception was bad at times due to weather. It seemed like the first price offered on booking.com was less than we were actually charged 9both before taxes).

Comfortable feel and courteous staff!

No elevator. I couldn’t take stairs the day of reservation and they originally had us on the 2nd floor. They made a quick and easy change to the first floor for me though which was awesome.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Floor in our room seemed damp. Not sure if it was due to the humidity or not. We attempted to not walk on the floor without our shoes.
