It had a lift, large spacious rooms, bath, very clean and very friendly and accommodating staff. For the price this was the ideal stay pre flying from Krabi airport and so nice to have a pool too 🙌

Staying at Golden Hill feels like I'm right at home on my own property. The sense of comfort and belonging is unparalleled. The rooms were spacious and better than what it looked like in the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed the swimming pool area. It was a little far from town. However, the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to and from the night markets daily. Just across the road from the hotel. I discovered the best massage therapist near the hotel. 'Nina massage' The shop was unassuming, but the massage was incredible, and the lady had numerous qualifications and certificates to prove her skills.

The hotel was very very clean! The bedding was comfortable, the room was lovely and dark at night, and the hotel guests were quiet (fines for noise after 10 pm or before 6 am) The pool was sparkling and in great working order. The staff were kind and helpful, they spoke English well and even provided us with a charging adapter for our phones at no cost. The cost was unbelievably cheap for such a great experience. We walked into town or got the local bus, the stop was about 1 minute down the road. We had a 2-year-old and they were very hospitable towards our family. I recommend this hotel. Definitely.

Restaurant menu didn't have many options for vegetarians. Luckily there was ample vegetarian food around town.

I've used this place before when I stop over in Krabi for a day or two. A clean and well run hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient, and will help you with onward plans. The pool is a very attractive bonus. The rooms have balconies and are tidy, and regularly cleaned with a decent internet and a fridge - which is useful, since the hotel doesn't sell alcohol or any form of snackettes. But there's a 7 eleven just 5 minutes down the road.

It's a little out of town - about a 20 minute walk into the tourist area. But they do a little shuttle in the evenings. And you don't get traffic noise as you can in the centre. I'm not impressed with their breakfast - although others seem satisfied - and they don't do any other meals there. But Krabi is full of good places to eat anyway. All things considered I'm sure I'll use the hotel again.

Everything 😃. Our room was cleaned every day and they left us water and clean towels every day. I loved my stay at this hotel. The area is very quiet and you can walk and find good restaurants in the area. The hotel offers free shuttle service. The pool is cleaned every day, I could see it from my balcony, the hotel hallways smelled of clean and fragrant, (by the way, the hotel has a great cleaner because she did a great job with our room, we have been travelling through Thailand and this one has It was the best hotel I have ever been in, I would definitely happily return to this place. Good breakfast.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Liked the pool and most of the staff very friendly, helped me moving to another room. I recomment the hotel.

When using the hotels laundry service one of my pants was torn. The pants were newly baught in Thailand and cost only 100 thb. I really had to convince the staff members on duty that it was reasonable to cover this small amount. They told me even that it was not sure that the pants were already damaged before the laundry. At the end of the conversation they covered the 100 thb, but the employee did not even greet us afterwards, which is not professional. Also the airconditioning was really loud, I was moved to another room which was kind and better, but too loud anyway.

Room was well appointed, kettle for tea/coffee, fridge, bottled water provided. Nice balcony w/view of pool and parking lot entrance . Pool was clean and refreshing. Nice garden/sitting area behind the pool. Scooter rental and tours available. Shuttle in the evening available for transport to and from the night market/beach area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located a short walk to restaurants, shops, night market, waterfront walkway (15 min more or less depending on route and ability)

Breakfast could have been better, glad we didn't pay for it with our hotel price...purchased granola and yogurt and was quite happy!

Simple, clean, safe, friendly and relaxing place to stay in krabi town. We had three nights here and I would recommend it. Yes it’s a walk into town but the walk is short and there’s a free shuttle in the evening for the delicious night markets. Plus there’s a lovely pool! We caught a longboat to railey beach which I highly recommend. Also if you run, there’s a neat track at the nearby park. This hotel was simple but absolutely met our needs and I’d stay again no problem.

The room was decent size, clean and comfortable. I needed to book a place quick as I had flown in and then gone to dinner with a local family whose daughter I struck up a conversation with on the flight. It was getting late when we finished dinner and I grabbed a very reasonably priced room at a very reasonable hotel that was not far from the restaurant. The family looked after me quite nicely and dropped me off at the hotel once I had booked. The staff was friendly and professional.

The hot water in the shower was inadequate, I like a nice hot shower.
