Great location. Updated and clean facility. Room had great amenities. Bed was comfortable. The staff were really nice. We got there late and had to check out early, so we didn’t get to stay long. It was a pleasant stay while we were there though.

My only complaint was one of the towels in our room had a stain on it. It was rather large and right on top. So it was noticeable. I’m sure it had been washed, it was just stained. It was very off putting though. I feel like, especially in this circumstance, if there was a stain that wouldn’t have come out it should have been tossed.

The front desk gentleman when we checked out was phenomenal! You have a gem right there! Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great! Room was clean. We always stay at Home 2 Suites because of the atmosphere, cleanliness, location to things and value.

ONLY complaint was that coffee area wasn't stocked and I love my coffee! I had to find a cup from the breakfast area which was obviously not correct because the coffee lids provided didn't fit. Also, there was only 2 vanilla creamers left which is what I like and I had to look in cupboards to find more myself.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel Staff made every effort to help and make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel location was very convenient for my daily needs as well as access to the Interstate Highway I-675, Walmart an Target stores.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were great, friendly, accommodating and treated us like they had known us for ever. Our room was very nice and clean. kitchen area had everything we needed and room was a nice size for the 5 of us. Breakfast was also great and hot both mornings we were there. The location is also very nice. We went to the mall and the movie theater while there and walked next door to Golden Corral to eat.

We liked how clean everything was and how spacious the room was. Huge amount of storage for clothes etc., normal size fridge. Excellent set up at this hotel. Breakfast was better than expected too. My husband is gluten free so often there aren't options for him, but the eggs etc. made it possible. Good location, near dining places, shops, anything you could need. Overall, GREAT hotel!

The only thing I would change is having cooking ability in the unit. We had a kitchenette and could borrow a hot plate and pan to cook from the front desk, but it would have been nice to already have it in the room. Since my husband has a gluten allergy sometimes it is easier to be able to cook our own meals in the room. Home2 Suites provides the means, just would be nicer if it were already in the room.

Side entrance door is never locked. We came in at 2.00 am and found the outer door unlocked and the air lock door was rigged to always stay open. We feel that this is a terrible security decision. Mgr, said they keep this door open 24 / 7 because of a design flaw with bldg. New checkins park in main lot and cant find main entrance door. We found the main ent door just fine. We drove right in to the portico entrance and walked in to the lobby. I will not stay where guest security is comprimised and not maintained. Too bad, because everything else was very good.

Proximity to tons of things and not far from the highway. Great value for the room. Nice workout room. Nice breakfast. Terry was very pleasant to interact with.

Closed pool and neighboring pool was cold. It would be nicer if breakfast stayed open till 10 am during the week.

Clean - love the set up of the room - great location

Our key for our room did not work - AT ALL - the entire time we were there. Couldn’t get into our room - management came up - couldn’t fix it. Told us maintenance would be available in the morning - didn’t matter because we were checking out. Total inconvenience.

Location is great for visiting our family. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service.

The hard water is taking its toll, dishwasher needs to be descaled. Dishes had very bad buildup. I spent the first evening scrubbing them all clean.

I would stay here again!

I didn't like the room rates provided by booking.com and I will never use the website ever again. I could have saved $40/night if I had booked directly with the hotel. And after my 11 night stay I would have saved nearly $500.00 including taxes and fees.
