Our recent stay at Cania Gorge holiday park was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. The kids had an absolute blast with all the activities available. The afternoon bird feeding, pool, playground and more kept them entertained for hours. We especially loved the family-friendly atmosphere throughout the park.The location is stunning, offering beautiful scenery and plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures. We took advantage of the stunning nature walks/ trails, native wildlife, park activities and the whole family loved every moment. We had a memorable stay, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Overall, Cania Gorge exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday. We can’t wait to come back.

Cania Gorge and the related dam are well worth a visit particularly if you are a hiker, bush walker. Lots of wildlife to see and the geology of the gorge itself. Lovely drive up the Boyne Valley to get there via Monto. Park and facilities are well kept and clean.

The cabin accommodation whilst adequate (Cabin 4) was not really up to scratch. Well past it's use by date as far as cooking facilities and general convenience. Have to cook with hotplate on the sink drain tray. No flyscreen door.

Plenty of space for 4 adults with the 2 rooms and a kitchen dining area, very clean and a good shower. Nice park outlook. There were lots of playground / pool facilities but we didn't use them. Saturday night Pizzas sold through reception are excellent and HUGE!

walking thought the 2nd bedroom to use the bathroom in the middle of the night was a bit tricky without waking its occupants.

We stay at Big 4 Cania Gorge every year. It is perfect for us with all the facilities we need. We love the national park walks the picnic area the dam and the short drive to Monto for lunch at a cafe. It is perfect for families with plenty to entertain children. On this recent visit we were able to get internet reception which was great.

It caters to children's interests, with the outdoor cinema, jumping pillow, water park and the carts, which is excellent to keep children entertained for parents to also enjoy their holiday. The staff were equally amazing, they were welcoming, friendly and available to you.

The children's bunk beds were sunken in and uncomfortable to sleep in.

I liked the feeling we all had, like we were among friends, the environment was welcoming and friendly and i felt so comfortable letting my boys run off and play and explore. It brought me back to my childhood and felt like i was home

The wine tasting, woodfire pizzas, the water park kept the kids entertained for hours, the big pillow thing although I dislocated a cpl fingers (thinkin i was young) the kids loved it, and how accessible it is to the national park. The boys loved the bird feeding and my favourite part was cooking on a heatlie bbq 👌

The outdoor movie, the screen was quite dull in colour on the screen, but the concept of the outdoor movie was awesome and the kids still loved it.

Brilliant natural park. Plenty of activities for kids in a beautiful laid back setting.

Reception/manager. We had a slight easily fixed mix up with our booking. The manager magnified the error and was extremely belittling. Our holiday vibe was zapped in an instant.

The bird feeding at 5pm was an amazing experience. The cabin was lovely and cosy, very private and quiet. The reception or lack of was very refreshing, switching off felt good.

The water was so hot in the cabin we were forced to use the camping showers. Free use or acces to WiFi would be great so families can post their adventures or keep family updated/keep the family entertained. The cabins do need an update especially for the pricing and availability.

Quiet. Accommodation very good in unit.

We didn’t like the overpowering smell of sewerage in the mornings. My wife suggested that there may be a sewerage drop off point very close to our unit. Almost gagging each morning when we went outside.
