I felt welcomed and important to the staff especially Jason, Antoine and Darlene. Housekeeping was also friendly and happy to help with any requests. We enjoyed breakfast and happy hour! It was great having laundry facilities as well.

The physical property needs to be updated and repaired. The carpet in our room was sticky and smelled moldy. The curtain was torn. Bathtub had a chip and rust on the wall. Laundry machines were very good and required a credit card. . Detergent machine needed quarters. They should both allow credit cards as it’s difficult to get quarters.

The property was so beautiful, with a lovely garden in the center with brick pathways winding through the gazebo and greenery We had a King Suite and there was so much room! The bed was comfy and the room quiet. There was a nice office/den there and the shower had great water pressure! I wish my shower at home had as much! The snacks and drinks provided every day were a great surprise and we really appreciated them. We used the gym and it was well appointed and clean. Sadly, our stay wasn’t long enough to be able to use the pool, but it looked like a nice. The breakfast was delicious. The only disappointment was that there were no sugar free items like jelly or syrup put out. As a Diabetic, it’s embarrassing to have to ask for them. We were here for a matinee in NYC and it was easy to drive 15 minutes to pick up the train to the city (it is at Montclair State University) and about 40 minutes into the city! Last off, the people at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. They were the only employees that we interacted with. I can tell you that our next trip to the area will be spent at the Embassy suites Parsippany!

The fact that there weren’t any sugar-free items offered in the breakfast area. It is quite embarrassing to have to ask if they were available. I wasn’t able to have pancakes or toast with butter and jelly. There are many Diabetics in the United States and I’m sure that I’m not the first to be affected by this.

Location was great. Food was good, however staff cleaned everything at food station at 9:00 am sharp. Didn’t even leave coffee or beverages available. You could pay for. Coffee I their shop. $4.00 a cup. I asked them to turn beverage machine on at 9:01 for some ok. They refused .

The front seat had one person who I dealt with both days. She was definitely in the wrong job. The other staff were friendly and helpful, she truly was burnt out and should not be working at front desk. I asked for an extended 30 minutes I. Room for check out. She told me we must be charged for the later checkout. She also just seemed totally annoyed that she had to deal with people T front desk both days we spoke with her.

I love the hotel it was like a little jungle and I like that it was so big.. it was very beautiful.. also I like the complementary drink and treats in the afternoon that was a big plus.. the breakfast was amazing. Also the idea that you could customize on omelette or half Sunnyside eggs. That was very awesome. Overall I love to stay I am planning to come back with the whole family next time.

I would like some type of music at night.. maybe on the weekends or some weekends.. for overall it was awesome

The hotel was nice and had beautiful gardens in the center. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very helpful especially when I got locked out of my room late at night. Free breakfast had a lot of options.

It was strange to me that there was no clock in the room. I woke up and my phone was dead and there was no way to tell what time it was. Also something that is impossible to change is that I wish there was more obvious stairways between the floors. Waiting for the elevator to go from floor 3 to 2 to see friends was somewhat troublesome.

The plants in the atrium lobby are fabulous! the indoor garden atmosphere is very very pleasant. The babbling fountain is very soothing. It is one of the nicest interiors of an Embassy Suites that I have ever seen. Th location of the hotel is also very helpful. We enjoyed the full breakfast immensely .The made to order omelets were outstanding.

The pool, restaurant and bar closed much too early ( 9 pm) after a day in the city , when we returned to the hotel, we barely had time to get a drink at the bar. We didn't get to use the lovely pool either, because it was closed.

Very spacious & beautiful. The location its self is nice & quiet. The breakfast had good options & the omelet bar was amazing. I like that in fairness over the weekend the liked to make sure everyone got a chance in the pool.

There seemed to be large groups of children running around unsupervised. The breakfast option weren’t replaced fast enough.

The breakfast service was excellent and the room service brought us extra pillows with the greatest speed. Although I have requested and got feedback on email to do an early checking to the hotel paying an extra $25 and the front desk personnel said it's $50 upon arrival which I still agreed to pay. However, the front desk woman said the room is unavailable and she mentioned that she will give us a call around noon and didn't receive any call and checked in around 4:30 pm instead. I wish they could keep their words and accommodate us in some ways since we drove over 5 hours and have children who wanted some rest made us unhappy. Overall this place is great and I would say I can come back to it again.

It is a child-friendly place and a nice lobby area plant view and a water fountain give an excellent sound to sit and relax around. I like the breakfast choices and the attentive service.

The breakfast was diverse enough to accommodate my vegan diet. The gym was spacious and had enough equipment for a full body workout, including weights and cardio.

The bathroom tub stopper was broken, so I was not able to take a bath, but the shower was amazing! There were quite a bit of children screaming and running around the hotel in main areas and in the hallways - which could be heard from my suite, but that's not the hotel's fault at all.

Staff were very helpful from arrival to check out.

The only thing i could complain about would be that the sofa bed in the room had mold on the mattress. Might have to change that as soon as possible before someone allergic to mold ends up real sick. I just threw blankets over it.
