We loved that we could book even with our little dog. The location was a bit out of the way, but finding dog friendly accomodation was paramount. It was great for my elderly mother with slight mobility issues. The bathroom was set up for someone with mobility issues and it was wonderful. It was the cleanest and most modern motel we stayed at on our way from Far North Queensland to Victoria. The lasagne ordered from the kitchen was the best I've ever eaten, I cannot speak highly enough of the food. The staff are really friendly and I'd stay here again if I was traveling.

It's just a little bit out of the way - but that's neither here nor there when you are on your way to somewhere, not on a holiday. I didn't like that we only got to stay here for one night, and it made all of the other accommodation seem quite basic and tacky

Being a family of 5 we appreciate a big room, The family room is amazing size for us, plenty of floor space for the kids and the bathroom was absolutely awesome!! Water pressure in the shower after a long drive is greatly appreciated. Rooms smelt fresh and clean!!! The host was great, very genuine guy and more than accommodating letting us park a big trailer at the property.

We had no issues

The under cover car parking is very spacious, no having to hold the door when getting in or out of your car. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. Very affordable. We found the management team to be very friendly and supportive. We have already made arrangements to stay there on our return trip.

You get what you pay for and this was definitely value for money

We were traveling with our small dog. Each suite has an adjoining garage! Yes, that’s right. I’ve never seen this at any other motel. We used it for our dog and re-packing our gear. The room is excellent. The manager welcoming. The room rate is one of the lowest we encountered over a month traveling. It is also handy to the centre of town.

Good size room, handy to have the garage to secure my motorcycle and trailer, room was in a handy spot, right at the rear so less road noise, personable owner and happy staff. Big shower, comfy bed, great price for what it is.

Road noise, but you'll get that at any of the motels and hotels on that road.

Great location , we just walked to the local pub for a birthday party , the room nice and clean and I loved the handmade Lemon Myrtle soap in the shower , plus good how the car space had a roller door to pull down , defiantly stay here again it’s 10/10

Nothing everything was great

The staff were very friendly and the room clean and tidy. The bed was good and the room had two recliners to relax in. The bathroom was very well set out lots of hanging . The unit had it`s owe garage to the side and a second door witch made it easy to unload .I have a dmax with a aloy tray and it fit with enough room, you could shut the roller door if required.

The room was clean, large, and well equipped. Had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom was spacious. Well presented. Easy access to room. Staff were friendly. Laundry available for use.

Split system made noise, needs some attention. The main bed was not too comfortable but not unbarable.

Great location in the Main Street but units around the back were very quiet. Staff very accommodating when our tv didn’t work and happy to move us to another unit.

The little fridge freezer needed defrosting altho we were still able to fit our freezer blocks in.

No breakfast although lockable garage was supplied and unexpected for a motorcycle we were running late due to a road closure re a truck rollover so the key was left outside the office for us. Will stay again next year on the Tara pilgrimage to the Miles Police Station Memorial.
