Hotel is nice phenomenal price great downtown location with a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. Room was nice. Shower had good hot water. The bar area was great- would be even better when they open for full service restaurant. Friendly staff.

The hotel parking is expensive and it’s one valet person so you end up waiting a while if there are others ahead of you and it’s hard to call ahead in advance because there is nowhere for them to actually park the vehicle but in the road so plan ahead if you have to be somewhere like an appt. Some of the staff smelled like weed and the smell was strong in part of the building.

Very wonderful stay on our wedding night! Seeing as we showed up late at night in a wedding dress and tux, they upgraded our room to a suite, which we appreciated very much!

We did valet parking but had to leave very early the next morning to catch our flight. We requested our car on the app as instructed and waited with luggage for 20 min before asking. We were unaware that valet did not start until later in the day, which is fine; however, if we had not asked someone then we would have been waiting indefinitely. My only complaint would be that there were no signs or anything on the app that says valet was only during specific times.

Super clean, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, perfect location for walking to appointments at UAB.

Parking always feels weird, you have to pay to park, you cannot check-in without parking at the valet, which of course is extra + tip. Valet is a contractor, I think, so that charge is handled separately. I'm still not exactly sure how much I was charged for each.

Decorated beautifully, very comfortable bed, hot water, valet service, ALL staff members were extremely polite & welcoming.

I would’ve liked the valet hours to have been a tad later, bar was WAY overpriced, shower handle fell off (I did make them aware at checkout & it WAS noted so the issue could be corrected! Bravo)

Cartasha the hotel desk clerk went above and beyond assisting in securing my stay after spending 30-45 minutes of the phone with Booking.com representative. It was snowing outside and freezing temps. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a reputable place to stay.

The parking

Staff were excellent, friendly , helpful. Breakfast was good . Very good central location.

The sink didn’t drain in the bathroom. The sheets didn’t look that fresh . I did ask but they werent changed . For the price of room , felt there could have been daily housekeeping. I had to buy drinking water because the water from the cold tap was warm and tasted odd.

Location. The parking staff was good. The woman that worked the night of 13 December was very helpful and attentive.

Floor hadn't been swept. Handles on shower not secure, kept falling off. Menu at bar not good, had to go off site.

Noisy room due to the second floor window facing main street, the air conditioner did not get the room cool enough, no breakfast, price of the room was a little high considering there was no breakfast and the aforementioned issues with the air conditioner and noise

It was easy to access the hotel via public transportation -- plenty of affordable places to eat.

It would be nice if they would include a continental breakfast package

Great Staff, drinks were very good. The location was on point around everything, great place to stay.

They lost our key for our car for valet, car was parked in the road for 5 hours. We were not charged so that was appreciated.
