The two women who worked at the front desk around 4pm on 10/07 were very friendly and patient with the older women who checked in ahead of me, they also sounded pleasant on the phone. They were super helpful when I had questions and one of them even took photos of me and my boyfriend when we came back from dinner when I asked if one of them wouldn’t mind. She took multiple and considered lighting and angles as well, truly she went all out with everything she did. I wish I got her name she seemed like she might have been training the other lady, who was also very friendly. I have worked in hospitality before and I can say these two def seem phenomenal with the public. The gentlemen who were working this morning 10/08 were also very polite, I’d feel remiss to leave them out. Overall haven’t had hotel workers be this friendly outside of a 5 star stay I had in DC, so idk who manages this place but they have a good bunch working for them at the moment.

This is nitpicking but I do wish whoever did the rooms would have been more thorough when finishing the floor and the walls. For the price it’s not bad and maybe I’m just a details person but it looked a lil like whoever the contractor was did some slap dash work. Also our bed sheets did have some noticeable stains on them, they were small and not glaring but worth noting.

Was mostly happy with the visit. Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and well kept.

Was disappointed as our television would not work and when I called the front desk the gal told me she would be up to investigate and 45 minutes later no response. I called the front desk again when a male answered to tell me that he was the only staff member on site and could not leave the front desk. He offered to move us to another room but it was late and I didn't want to move....so we had no TV for the visit which was disappointing. Parking was also very limited and there was very little grassy areas for pets.

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of food and choices. The young man who checked us in was most pleasant and suggested several places for dinner, one was even within walking distance. He also provided a remote for the TV, but we were unable to get it to work. Bed was comfy, towels appeared to be brand new. The room was clean and well supplied. Great location, easy to find of the Interstate.

The floor in our room was sticky - maybe from the humidity. When I had to wipe up a water spill the towel came up black and very dirty, which indicated that the floor in the bedroom had not been cleaner or mopped for awhile.

The location was perfect for what we were doing and were we had to go. The staff were very kind and professional. The smell in the lobby was very nice.

There was mold/or dirt in the shower. I went out and bought shower shoes to wear. The breakfast was okay, but the pastries weren't fresh. We have stayed there before and would probably stay again due to the location and price, but I will defiantly be bringing my own cleaning products and informing the staff.

This hotel charges you before you arrive. For me it was $156.00 then when I got to hotel I was charged full price which was over $400 that included a $100 deposit for if the room was destroyed. So my $300 quote was no where near what I paid. Crazy if you ask me. I’ve never had a hotel do this before. I even asked why the $156 couldn’t be taken off what was due and the manager who was standing there said “oh don’t worry, you will get it back. It’s a holding charge to make sure your credit card works before you arrive. I won’t stay there again

Breakfast was great with a large variety of foods. Location is convenient. I like that they are pet friendly. Price was reasonable. Staff very courteous. Loved the gym/workout area. I

They say they want to operate in a sustainable way, which is super greaat, but they use styrofoam plates and plastic utensils for breakfast. I would advise that styrofoam is not sustainable. I also wonder if they could somehow offer shampoo, lotion and conditioner in small containers that are not plastic bottles. Maybe even plastic pouches (kind you tear open) might be slightly more eco-friendly. My room was clean but floors in one elevator wasn't clean and there was spilled pet food in the stairwell.

I have a contract here for three years in the area. I’m a subcontractor And me and my coworkers stay at this hotel are another one right down the street above all La Quinta is the best they make sure the room is fully up to par. They never seem to fail. The only thing I could speak is the breakfast. The breakfast is not OK at all.

The breakfast isn’t so good AT ALL! Before the remodel or during the remodel!!!

The room and lobby area were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare, but I'm plenty happy with that. I had an issue with my room key and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is not the fault of the hotel at all but the location makes it a little difficult to get anywhere quickly. There is a highway and frontage roads and, even though restaurants are clearly within walking distance, there's no way to safely get to them so you still need to get in the car. A very minor inconvenience.

Breakfast, good clean facility, courteous staff members.

Used water cup in the room from previous guest or housekeeping, lack of coffee packets, only one provided in the room, there should at least be two or each kind, decaf and carinated. Only one creamer - sugar packets. We were not told on security hold of $100 the checking in time, just that we will need to have credit card on file for incidental. But logging into the credit card I found that there was additional $100 authorized on my card. I was explained this next day morning when I inquired. Them all had originally only charged for the room, but then refunded that and put additional 100 to the room charge amount and reauthorized. It would be nice to know of this exact amount when checking in.

Location and price. Decor was nice looked recently updates and lobby nice and clean.

The bedside tables had sticky spots on them,.they didn't not appear to have been wiped down between guests. The carpet felt sticky / damp like it had been either very recently cleaned and not had time to dry or residue left from cleaning. Just kind of gross feeling when walking in bare feet which I don't do often in hotel rooms but it was even noticed when in sock feet. Breakfast was typical hotel type free breakfast, did have waffle maker, eggs and link sausage.
