Hotel Director Fixed a Problem immediately.

When the director was not there, the Staff solved a couple of problems as well, however, we didn't like the tone they used towards us. There was no need to use those kind of words or aggressiveness if the problems were been solved anyways!! We were very uncomfortable.

1. Location- 🔝👌🏻 the first line with the great views. 2.Staff -🔝👌🏻guys, you do all the best for your visitors. Thanks🫶 3. Just amazing sitting area - 💯👌🏻 you can enjoy sunsets and free cocktails 🍸🍹🌴🥥, wine, beer, cola.. 4. Food 🔝👌🏻- you can choose what u want: meat, Fisch, seafood, vegetables, sweets and etc 5. Transfer - you can use bus A42 . It goes to the airport. The bus station is near ( just 5 mins ) - 9 euros ✅

In general, the hotel was better than expected. The room service took place every day, the great beach just several steps away from the hotel. The stuff was also friendly and professional. We had HB, the food was sufficient- fresh veggies, fruits, grilled fish, separate pizza/pasta corner.

Location of restaurant- on -1, sometimes very hot inside. Also, absence of wi-fi was a bit disappointing.

We had really nice room with balcony- we could watch a beautiful sunrise over the see. The hotel is renovated. We also had a nice bathroom with large shower. Perfect location, near the sea, shops and restaurants.

We were really disappointed with the quality of the mattresses.

From arrival to departure the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff worked very hard to maintain standards, restaurant very clean and tidy. The hotel should be proud of the staff who work there as they all seemed dedicated to their role. we arrived at hotel at approx 20.45hrs and the lady on reception told us to leave our luggage behind reception and go and get our evening meal as we were half board and restaurant was closing at 21.30hrs

not many english channels on the tv, but then again we were in spain, tv should may be upgraded to have netflix function, I am only saying this as i stayed in hotel room one night and wanted to watch tv just to have a chilled night

No heating in the room and the bed sank in the middle the best

very central , easy access, lovely hotel, food as excellent, great choices and a different menu every night for the whole fortnight. The entertainment was brilliant as was our Animation man Dider, he made the days so much fun, with lots of games by the pool every day. His magic show was great and a different one each week. he was funny friendly and was great with the kids too. All in all was one of the best holidays ever.

This is an amazing little hotel, clean, rooms cleaned everyday, pool areas spotless, so relaxed and chilled, staff so helpful and friendly, food is tasty, varied and plentiful, location and views are amazing Thankyou so much for our stay we will be back 😊

I booked twin bed room but there is only smaller double bed room for me for 2 days.
