The room!!!! The restaurant breakfast and steak dinners were fabulous too!

The hot tub is not hot - in fact it has no heat connected to it so they should NOT advertise it as such. It’s simply an extension of the freezing cold pool - boo. The response from the hotel is that they want to know where I saw it says "heated" in the hot tub description. My answer is the word "HOT" in "hot tub". If it is not hot, then they should not use the word HOT tub. They just have an unheated pool!

The restaurant was incredible time and time again! Every staff member from front desk to restaurant to cleaning was so friendly. We liked the offers for a free golf cart ride from the restaurant to the rooms. Loved getting experienced drivers to help us get to/from the falls. The pool was so fun. We were able to get a late checkout but we still had a ton of time before the airport and the front desk housed our bags and let us hang out in the entertainment room and restaurant until our taxi that they scheduled came. It was very easy and low stress for a travel day. :) Can not emphasize enough how great the food/drinks were!

There was a big crack in our balcony glass door and the other thing was we were completely missing a shower door (the sliding door). Still a great room though.

Friendly staff, we felt very welcome and looked after. There was a travel consultant who helped us with our plans for the falls who was brilliant. They organised taxis for us with great rates and a driver who took us to and from the falls and also on to Brazil. The lodge itself was excellent, huge bed, really comfortable and great surroundings. The food in the restaurant was top notch too.

Property has a lot of potential and will be great when all the construction work is finished - it was a short (15 minute) walk in to the town. Staff were amazing and very helpful

There was building work going on. Our room was a duplex on the ground and lower floors of a five story building - there was little insulation between our duplex and the room above and unfortunately the people above were continuously stomping around so we could hear their every move. Also our block was the furthest away from reception which involved a walk up a steep hill (although a golf cart was available if needed). In addition, as we were on the bottom floors we had no view from our balcony other than the trees immediately in front. Finally, the property insisted that the air con should not be lower than 24 degrees- this made sleeping at night uncomfortable . Watch out - they charge for the small bottles of water in the fridge

This hotel was breath-taking in every way. Staff were exceptional, location was out of this world. The room was phenomenal & the location was magical. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on this trip than this hotel & would 100% recommend it to others (and come again). The room that was provided was beyond all expectations, and the view from the balcony over the jungle and across the river to Brazil was everything I hoped for as we relaxed in the evenings post a day of exploring. We had to check out early on our last day for our plane before breakfast was served & the hotel provided a breakfast to go box for us of juice, fruit & pastries - a final touch of class from them. One of the best hotels I've ever been too (and this was even while they were doing construction work which wasn't a bother at all!)

The tours and taxis were well organised. Meals were good, but after even a short stay, they were starting to feel repetitive. We booked a driver for the day at $100, but due to crowds at the border, we only used him for dropping off and collecting. The tour company adjusted the price accordingly - WELL DONE. We WOULD NOT recommend trying to visit the Brazil and Argentine sides in one day. There are more than enough wonderful viewpoints on the Argentine side.

Breakfast was average and the coffee undrinkable. We were doubtful about the 'Eco' side of the business. We thought a lot more could be done. We were amazed there was so little wildlife in a forested area. There was no river view even though you could hear the river a few meters away. A platform here might have given good bird watching.

We loved our stay at the Jungle Lodge. Our large balcony had an expansive view of the jungle just beneath us, with the Iguazu River and Brazil also clearly in view. The hotel gardens and pool are very nice. The pool was popular. They have a community game room with ping pong (which we enjoyed), tv, shuffleboard, pool table, and an indoor playscape for kids. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of pastries, many types of sliced breads, eggs, bacon, an array of delicious fresh fruits, roasted veggies, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee, and teas. One morning they had a wonderful harpist playing while we ate. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and there was a lot of room for luggage. We were in Iguazu in mid-November and we found no mosquitos at all. The staff were all very helpful.

The room was very spacious and had a private balcony overlooking the rainforest. We couldn't see the river but enjoyed the sounds of the water and numerous birds. It was covered so we could enjoy it even in the rain. The beds were comfortable and my family of four had plenty of room to spread out with suitcases and backpacks. The bathroom was also spacious and very nice. Breakfast had a large selection of local and more American foods, and when we left before breakfast began they provided a very nice breakfast for us to take on the road. The hotel is a bit more on the edge of town but still got a quick and cheap uber to where we wanted to go, and we enjoyed the quieter and more secluded environment. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no food deliveries allowed, but this was not made clear. We had pizza delivered, we met the driver outside of the gate to pickup the food, but the security saw that the food was brought by another driver and would not let us bring it to our room. They said if we had carried the food the whole way or drove it in ourselves it would have been fine, but since a different car brought it the food was not allowed inside the gate. This proved to be a big hassle so please be aware that there are no food deliveries! Go get the food yourself to bring back!

Such a fun hotel to stay in. Easy walk into town (very safe even at night), lovely restaurant on site with decadent breakfast and delicious dinners. Lovely pool for a dip at the end of a long hot day exploring. Our room looked out over jungle, saw beautiful birds from our balcony. At night the chorus from the frogs was amazing, walking back to our room. And the staff could not do more to be helpful: organised airport pick up, gave advice, organised taxi to the falls. Lovely big comfy bed.

There’s some building work going on at the moment to improve the pool. It’s mostly quite discreet and will be brilliant when it’s done.

Lovely rooms with great views of the canopy and huge bathroom with hot tub and shower. Nice swimming pool. Restaurant served terrific food although not cheap. Location on the edge of town far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk into town.

The service prior to arrival was poor. The hotel directed me to the travel agency who did not answer my request to sort out tours. Confused to find that they sat literally 3 metres from each other. However when I got there they were helpful. Loungers around the pool could do with some shade as only the tables had this.
