I stayed this hotel with my family(2 adults, 3 kids). I booked 1 bad room Kids Suite. The room had lots of goods which many children like and had one king bed and one bunk bed for children. Location was good, it was easy to go to Vana Nava Water Jungle. My kids enjoyed this pool!!! I also enjoyed. Breakfast was also good. We could enjoy various food. My children said this was best place which we visited in Thailand.

Bathtub was not so big to take with kids. And I felt dinner was slightly expensive. There were not other restaurants near the hotel.

Good with access to the waterpark. Very lovely breakfast with lots of different kinds of food, especially for the kids (ice creame for breakfast, must be every childrens Dream). Good and Big rooms.

- The hotel should have some Beach Towers (not White ones), wich you should borrow without deposit (it is very time Consulting to wait in Line in the lobby every time you need to borrow and return the Towers). - The elevators where very bad, with lots of waiting time especially in mornings - when check out and in the evening when waterpark closes and People is going into town. - there could be some kind of aircondition in the hallways and especially in the elevators (mistet crowded). - the pool was very cold

Kids were excited with the family room - bunk bed, tent, lots of pillows, sea view and view on train station with passing by night trains. Breakfast is more than you can expect - this eastern style breakfast where it considered to fulfill you until late dinner. You can find all you want on the infinite serving tables. Aquapark pass is provided for two days - on the day of arrival and on the day of leaving. Honestly we stayed at this hotel 1 night at the beginning of our trip and at the end - total spend 3 half days in wanna nava park which is in fact cheaper than you will buying pass to park itself, and you are staying in the fashionable room with great breakfast. If you walk to main road and cross it (10 mins) you can find evening market (4-7 p.m.) best for the fruits, vegetables, street food and cheapest in town as well. Almost same place is 7-11 shop.

Rather than hotel expensive restaurant and corner street Japanese cafe, there are no food places in walking distance available. Going anywhere, including seaside, you have to take taxi or travel by car/motobike. My kids were fulfilled with wana nava park in 4 hours first visit, in 3 hours second visit and in 2 hours our last visit. So my experience is to consider this place for 1 night only with 2 days full access of water park and then move further to beachfront places. Wana Nava opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. - it would be more convenient to visit park from early morning and later in afternoon, not to catch the most active sun. It is easily observed that around 12 to 2 p.m. visitors hiding in cafes or under beach umbrellas leaving only couple hours for exploring the park.

Decent mid range hotel, with good breakfast, easy check in, nice roof top pool and adjoining water park.

Water Park did try and take my 2 years olds arm bands on entry and state she could only wear the provided life vest that rode over her head, stupid policy, but probably not linked to the hotel. Water safety rules are important, but I think parents can decide on what water aids their own children need. Good place for 2-3 nights for the waterpark, but would recommend anyone in Thailand to visit Ramayana Water Park in Pattaya, kids love this place, its twice the size and amazing location in the hills.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like valued guests and we had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and welcoming, and every member of staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our suite was wonderful and the bathrooms were excellent. Breakfast was also fabulous - eat until you burst! The rooftop bar with its glass skywalk was stunning, and the infinity pool is quite spectacular. Our daughter loved the kid's club and games room. Of course, the big pull is the free access to the water park (along with complimentary towels, locker, food tokens and cabanas). Please don't even think twice - just book your stay here and enjoy every second of it!

There is certainly nothing to dislike. Some reviews mention the location but we didn't find it an issue, as nothing is more than a 75 baht ride away in reality.

This is the perfect hotel for young families. It has everything we could ever need - amazing buffet breakfast, free pass to water jungle (so fun!), games room, kids club, good restaurant where kids eat free, gym, lovely spa, rooftop pool..... I don't think we left the hotel once in our stay! Staff offered excellent service, beds were comfortable, room was clean, balcony was lovely... we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I honestly cannot find anything we didn't like.

Friendliness, Helpfulness, Attitude of entire Hotel staff, comfort, Swimmingpool at 26th and Rooftop Bar at 27th floor, Breakfast Buffet, Parking facilities. I recommend this Hotel without reservations. All my expectations were met and exceeded.

Nothing. Satisfied Suggestion: It would be great if there is a crossover or underpass from Nong Kae Railway station with Nong Kae Takiap Rd for pedestrians & motorcycles

The room is spacious for us family of 4 even with 1 extra bed. The kids' club is excellent for our young ones to use their energy and creativities (a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old). Also the direct access to water park is very convenient with towels provided for hotel guest which is also a very nice touch. Also, the hotel staff was very nice to help me arrange a small birthday cake for my oldest son. We are very impressed with their care and service mind 😊

A lot of perks for families with children (free access to the water park, free kids meals, a kids club, free shuttle bus, etc.). I really liked our room as well. It was very comfy and quite spacious. The infinity pool views were to die for. I spent a whole day there once. The breakfast was really good too! The staff were very helpful and in an unpretentious way. They just wanted to make your stay comfortable.

On the last day before we left, there was barely any water in our shower. It was just enough to sprinkle you to feel fresh but washing your hair was out of question. I wonder if it has something to do with the height of the building.

We booked a King Suite with a twin room, the room was so spacious and there were 3 washroom with either shower and/or bathtubs. My kids were super happy about the room. Free admission to the water park next door was a nice offer and we enjoyed the park so much. Breakfast was of good quality and choices. We had lunch inside the hotel for two days, both were of good value. Free shuttle services to city centre. Overall will recommend to family with kids who love water park!!!

Rooftop pool has good view, however, the water was super cold, a bit unacceptable even in the summer. Location is a bit far from city centre, though there was free shuttle, the frequency was so infrequent, better to book a tuktuk or taxi.
