The food was exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming facilities are for all tastes and abilities. It was nice to watch how people working at the hotel take pride in what they do. The Turkish day at the restaurant for dinner was a delight! Thank you.

Saw a member of staff telling children to go away from the bar at the pool because they were speaking Russian. First of all, they are children. Secondly, that situation was in sharp contrast to what the whole of the hotel is trying to achieve - friendliness, hospitality and lovely time for ALL. That was the only thing that marred the stay.

Excellent hotel, very beautiful and well maintained, responsive and smiling staff who are ready to help on any issue. During the day there are various entertainments and in the evening every day there are exciting shows on the big stage. Huge selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water slides brought great pleasure to both children and adults.

The location, the overall quality of service, the food, the beach pavilions and their incredible staff service, the sea, the multiple options available to have fun during the night (club, bars, pier, etc.)

The room can be slightly noisy at times when other customers come back late or when their children make noise. But overall, we slept like babies thanks to the incredibly comfortable king-size bed

He had a nice stay! I don’t think we can say that this hotel is a 5 star - it is a very good 4 star though. This hotel really does manage high volume hospitality (and does a great job at it) but you can’t expect the attention to detail that you’d find in a 5 star there. The clientele is mainly russian speaking, so the staff speaks little English and all activities are in russian. For food, the all inclusive privilege only applies to the buffet, if you want to eat at one of their other restaurants, you will need to pay an extra charge.

We would have appreciated the extra mile when having our room cleaned.

When moving out of the room Wifi would disconnect at points; needed to be connected again Although the variety of food was real exceptional, the quality of food could be improved Hotel seem to be quite far from Belek city centre/ Antalya

The resort was amazing, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the food was delicious every day. We had young children with us and there was plenty to do from parks to swimming pools to kids activities there was something for everyone. We loved every moment and would definitely go back. I also loved the tea

The fact that the shopping centre in the resort was charging silly money for absolutely everything nearly 200% markup on everything

I must acknowledge that the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff ensured that the premises were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.
