Great location, pool and hot tub were awesome. Property was clean and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The daytime cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful.

Property was a little old/outdated feeling. Our bathroom had a water logged/damged door and a stained toilet and shower, but the function and cleanliness was there. A little freshen up could go a long way.

The price was good and the staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was warm.

I had to wait until the desk agent went up to check on some rooms to see if they were clean and ready before the system would let her give me keys. The manager actually had to release them first. When I finally got in the room it was pretty clean, but the TV didn't work and the bath tub had some nasty looking black stuff in it. In the morning I went down for breakfast which was some fake scrambled eggs and sausage, plain bagels, bread for toast, and cold cereal. No jelly or butter that I could see or yogurt, but the thing I really wanted, a cup of black tea, was nowhere to be found. The herbal tea that was available was the same three packs from the night before.

I loved the layout of the rooms, clean and very comfortable. The dove toiletries were awesome, my favorite hygiene product brand, and the first I've seen it in any of my stay in other hotels. Breakfast was good, the decor of the entire hotel was beautiful.

The main reason we decided to stay here was because there is a hot tub, unfortunately it was not working and I was disappointed that it was not specified before I booked. I drove an extra 20 minutes from my husband's job to have a hot tub, particularly so I was bummed to be making the drive and extra miles each day and didn't get what we had expected. It probably won't keep me from staying there again because I would like to enjoy my stay when it is in working order. The pool was nice. The weather is still iffy, so it was cold, and that's another reason I looked forward to a hot tub.

The jacuzzi wasn't working. It was the main point of me choosing this hotel and I want able to use it.

I recently stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Orlando Lake Mary and had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly pleasant and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. One highlight was the breakfast—extremely good and impressive for the cost, offering a variety of options that set me up well for the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything was good!

Quick & easy check in with friendly staff. Room great with 2 comfy double beds. Fridge/micro/coffee maker. Good equipped size bathroom, bath tub & shower & hot water. Nice lounge area downstairs where breakfast is served. Good choice of food (hot & cold). Nice small pool with loungers around. I didn't use spa tub or gym. Everywhere seemed to be kept clean. Manager was helpful and the hotel was in a quiet place but not too far away to drive to food outlets. Booked in for one night after landing in Orlando but so nice we booked again on our way back to Orlando after holiday. Would definitely go back again but I don't know what's in the area to do as it was just a stop off. I only took a couple of photos by the pool - others are as on website.

Only negative for me is that when sunny there was no shade ie no umbrellas around the pool.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The amenities were as advertised, and nothing was amiss. The value was great, the breakfast was good; something for everyone, coffee and juice were good, and cold water was available 24/7.

First, this is not the worst thing ever. Overall the room was very clean, but there was one roach on the wall. I killed it immediately and never saw another. That was the only negative, and its florida and roaches are everywhere. I don't fault anyone for this, but I could also not give a perfect score.

I liked everything. It was my second time here. My husband and I booked this hotel, but his flight was canceled, so there was only me. I was waiting for my husband's flight till 3 am. and didn't sleep well. The front desk staff provided me an extra 3 extended hours to stay for free. I appreciate it a lot. I was able to sleep. The breakfast was enough for me. You will find the omelets, bread, bagels, cream cheese, batter, cereals, milk, waffles, oranges, coffee, and beverages. Free parking is available. I hope you will enjoy it.

Nothing. My room was on the second floor, so out of service elevator wasn't a problem to me. They have a second elevator all the way down.

Staff on desk were extremely helpful when we asked to check in early and let us which worked out well as we needed to leave for airport by 7 the next morning. It allowed us to relax when we got our room early. Also got help to print our boarding passes from young man who may have been manager. Will stay there again next time we fly out of Sanford

Had to use stairs to take luggage from room . Elevator not working, We were on 3 rd floor.. Very inconvenient for older people.
