The apartment was spacious and the room facilities were great. The receptionist was super friendly and eager to help with all sorts of useful information. The sauna is also worth it.

The apartment was not too clean, we found hair virtually everywhere. Also, at the end of our say a very unprofessional cleaning facility manager showed up at our door to kick us out because we missed the check-out time with 10 minutes and 'he has many rooms to clean in a short time' although it was obvious that he's just a cleaning company 'boss-wannabe' and nothing else (nb. it looked like a cleaning company which was outsourced to do that type of work and not direct employees of the resort).

We had a very quiet and relaxing family time.The suite was very spacious clean and modern. The shower was very powerful. The staff are very helpful. The pool and Finnish sauna are both incredible. Looking out at the mountains from the pool is truly spectacular!

There is a lack of cupboard space. Parking: If you do not book directly through them (via booking), you pay €20/night for the parking, although we stayed relatively long (11 nights) we still had to pay the full price of €20 x 11 a total of €220 only for Parking, without any reduction.

A very cozy place, fully equipped with most of the necessary stuff. We really enjoyed the relaxing area, the spa and the pool. Under 10min drive to Ischgl and the bus stop is very close by. The parking garage is very fitting, just make sure to inform the property in advance if you need a spot.

The only frustrating element is the check-in window (15-17.00) - but you are informed of that in advance so you can plan accordingly - and the fact that reception wasn't available when needed. If you need slippers, make sure to ask for them on spot (before reception closes/gets empty).

Need to order breakfast before 11:00 for the next morning - this is a bit tricky for the first night. Refreshing towels once every couple of days could be nice.

Brand new accommodation option. Amazing kitchen facilities, Great spa, very convenient bus stop in both directions. Spacious rooms, nice view. Very recommended

The main issue we didn't like is the unclarity about the number of toilets/showers in the 6-people apartment, We we're 3 couples, expecting 3 bathrooms/shower as in the 4-people apartment (where there are two). This issue caused a bit of inconvenience to us, but we managed, Minor issue, is the need for more hangers for the cloths and towels in rooms and bathrooms,

We had a very quiet and relaxing family time during our mid-season stay 2nd - 4th May. the host was great, he heated the pool and steam-bath whenever we needed it after our hike tour. The suite is very modern with a perfectly equipped kitchen, a supermarket just a 3min. drive away.

Very spacious apartment for two people. Quality interior. Nice shower and bathroom facilities. Very good and extensive breakfast delivered to door everyday. Complementary wine on arrival in the fridge

No cleaning service. Bedroom TV not connected to internet (living room TV - no problem). View from the balcony/terrace directly into a concrete wall 5m (15ft) away

The hotel is beautiful and modern, with very nice kitchen and restroom amenities. Perfect place to stay for 8 people from two families. The infinity pool and Finnish sauna are both incredible. Looking out at the mountains from the pool is truly spectacular!

would be better if the staff could change our towel and bed sheet everyday. Not much breakfast choice but maybe bc we stayed during offseason period.
