Room is cosy, quiet and comfortable.

If you're driving to hotel, that's fine and perfect. For me, I need to pull my heavy suitcase to a long steep road that makes me exhausted. Kitchen wares were not provided to short stay guest which didn't mention in the description. Although the hotel seems not fully booked, I was assigned a room which needs a long and many turns.

There was nothing I disliked, but the decor was old fashioned and the numbering of the floors was confusing. These are minor details.

every thing went well and I liked the room, clean and atmospher in general.

Only the fact that the fan was too small and noissy for the time when it got really hot, and there was no answere for the heat, and there were no lite blankets, only the very thik ones for cold nights.

Fantastic selection of things for breakfast. Really good view, also from the good Italien restaurant.

Some rooms facing the roads are noisy when windows are tilted ( too hot to sleep with windows closed). The hotel recommends walking to the station through this horrible dark tunnel when it really takes only 3 minutes or so longer following the road ( Wallstr where the hotel is).

I would like to thank the staff of the Hotel because of their guidance as well a their kindness. The only problem s the us station is a little away from the Hotel.

I would like to come to Mainz again and stay at this Hotel.

Room was nice size, comfy beds and large shower. Very nice breakfast included.

Would have preferred a better view, which we had requested. Appearance from outside is not as nice as it could be. A bit further from downtown than we had thought.

Security around the ground floor. We were in 128 and every time I opened the window I was mindful that someone could get in as it was open spaced and backing residential buildings.

Main factor for our booking was free parking (spacious, free car park under the hotel). Room was spacious, gym was well equipped.

Didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast/dinner. TV cable network didn't work, but didn't affect our stay much

Great selection for breakfast and a decent Italian restaurant on site. Mainz town centre is only a 20 minute walk away.

The air conditioner was placed at the side of the room rather than near bed, so it had to run all day to make room temperature comfortable and too noisy to keep on during the night.

Hotel was placed close to the main railway station on a still side, close to the old Jewish cemetary. The personnel was very kind and the breakfast fullfilled all the wishes. The fridge in the hotel room was very nice to have.

Air condition in the hotel room would have been nice, but the fan did the job fairly well, too
