Great location, and nice and cosy room

Great location, awesome building with historic architecture which meant high ceilings, big doors. Breakfast 150m walk next to the restaurant but very tasty. The rooms have a lock with a code and entering the hotel door in the evening is also with a code - on the one hand, it is convenient, but on the other hand, it is difficult, if you take pictures of the codes with your phone, but the phone runs out in the evening.. :)

An air conditioner could be installed in the room, because the open window did not give enough cool air, and at 6 in the morning the garbage truck will wake you ap defitanely! :D

We stayed in block A, it is really nicely renovated, very neat and pretty, especially I liked the design of lamps in the room, but everything overall was new, stylish, spacious, clean. Amazing view too (we booked a room with a view and it was worth it).

There is no parking, even though it`s mentioned among facilities. The nearest public parking is 3-5 mins drive up the hill, and it costs 20 euro per day. To get there you can take a funicular, but again you pay for it and also might have to wait for it.

The location, next to the main bridge with everything so close. The breakfasts included in the price that were served in the nearby Italian restaurant/pizzeria were really Amazing!

The bathroom was spacious, but not quite practical with not many shelves or hooks for hanging towels and other stuff. But for the price we got it was still quite good, so no reason to complain. The constant smell of sewage in the bathroom was smth that could be taken care of, though.

During my stay at the hotel, there were several aspects that truly stood out and made my experience exceptional. Firstly, the impeccable customer service left a lasting impression. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a stunning view from the balcony. The on-site dining options also impressed with their delectable cuisine. Overall, it was the combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort that made my stay at this hotel truly enjoyable and memorable.

The room was really comfortable and pleasant with a great view, and they have a self check-in system (I didn’t actually interact with any staff) but it was easy to use. There seemed to be some issue with the electricity in my room, so I called the number they provided and was immediately able to move into a different room.

It might have only been because of the electricity problem and my moving to a different room unexpectedly, but the second one was not entirely clean - the coffee mugs and spoons looked like they had not been cleaned, and there was obvious dirt on the floor. Nothing I couldn’t stand, but should have been cleaner.

We had a spacious room with a high ceiling and a view of the pedestrian zone on the river Teplá, a balcony and a large window. The bathroom was also spacious. The room was clean, beds comfortable, with a coffee maker and pleasant lighting. We were on the 3rd floor and there was no noise from the street even with the window open.

No facility for breakfast, it is cheaper to include breakfast in the price of the room.

We booked an apartment and they gave us a double room giving us 100 reasons for it. After insisting we did get the apartment we had reserved. Therefore, I can not say that the stuff was the best, and I would hate to assume that they were trying to resell the apartment and keep our money too. Given that the hotel just opened, certain amenities, like a lampshade… , should not be missing. Otherwise, all good.

Great location, newly renovated rooms, a coffee machine in the room, and a beautiful view through the window.

There is a fountain next to the building, and during the night you can hear it all the time even with the windows shut. And there is no AC in the room. So, it could not be quiet. We were lucky it was not hot weather during our stay, so we could sleep with windows shut. But it is a minor problem.

This hotel has an excellent central location within a beautiful building. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was immaculate, and the design was exceptional somehow exceeding what was seen in the photographs. Another great touch is the shower, which was the best I have ever used. I will happily return the next time I visit Karlovy vary.
