I like the location. It suited what we need it. Place is clean, staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The lady that was doing the breakfast was super kind and polite.

I requested a cot because there were 5 of us. Kids are all under 15. They were charging me 2 different price. $25 in the afternoon shift and $15 for the overnight shift. Then, when I asked for complimentary in the overnight shift, he I couldn't get it because I booked it with 3rd party. At the end I agree to pay $15 but none available.

The breakfast was very good. We had variety and different items every day. The staff was working hard. The room was excellent, very wide. clean, and very nice...

I didn't like too much the washroom clean because the sink was not very clean...inside the border and tap. The corners in the washroom was not very clean too. It's the details...for excellence...

Staff specifically hotel manager was very cooperative. My room door was locked from inside at night (due to my kids) and we were outside. We were already tired and had baby with us. So it’s very hard for us. But the hotel staff and manager act immediately and arrange maintenance guy at the night of 4th July ( very difficult to find) . Within 10 min door opened and we all were relieved. This is awesome . I appreciate it. Nice breakfast. Excellent for families with nice breakfast.

Great deal on the room with spa tub, room was very clean other then the Jacuzzi tub. We always fill it up and run it for about half an hour to rinse the jets. A LOT of gunk came out, so we figured it would be good from there. But the 3 other times we ran the tub with us in it, it was still really gross. A deep clean of the jets is definitely necessary. Other than that, very clean room.

Well this is my first time staying here and everything was great from customer service to the room to the breakfast five star

It's not about what I didn't like it's just a lot of kids running around parents not controlling their kids banging and running and jumping but front that's handled it very professionally

Clean room, swimming pool, and great breakfast. Staff were nice up at desk. Great location for easy access to I-290 and to the centre of Niagara Falls.

No business centre with computers and printers like some other Hampton Inns and hotels we dstayed at, That is about it. Otherwise a great hotel.

Very clean and cooperative of any external requests. Breakfast too is good as compared to other hotels in the same range

Convenient area, smells great, great staff. It wasn't too busy so we got the pool to ourselves and it felt very homey.

The shower was a little dirty as well as the microwave. The layout of room was weird and jaccouzi was small and loud. The fridge was very mini and the bed didn't have enough pillows. The guest pool was very small and the water was so cold though it was an indoor pool and there was no way of knowing what time it was. Breakfast used to be great but it was limited. there was no bacon.

Convent location to stores and restaurants. Close to the attractions of what I planned to visit

Not enough seating in the room besides the bed. Hotel did not have a hot tub. Noise from the highway was a bit of a problem
