Great location, easy access to MRT stations and City Flyer airport bus stops, and many restaurants close by

The staircase from the street to the lobby is rather dingy, and not at all representative of the rest of the hotel

The family room was spacious, clean, and nice interiors. We have 2 toilets and bath in the room with shower heaters, shower gel dispensers, and towels. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning units were working properly. Location is perfect. Along main road (Nathan Road), close to MTR and bus stops, restaurants, groceries, and shops (Lego shop is just beside the hotel).

No elevator from Ground Floor (you need to carry your luggages from Ground Floor to the 1st Floor). Elevators are shaky. No security control, anyone can go up directly to the rooms. Hangers in the closets are mismatched, and low quality. No toilet mats. Soap dispenser in 1 lavatory is empty. Kettle is not working. Keycard is plain white only (no design/logo of hotel).

Very convenient location, the CR is clean, water pressure is good. Staff is AMAZING and very warm and helpful!

It is not stroller and wheelchair friendly as they don’t have an elevator from ground floor to reception on the first floor. So you have to haul your luggages up the stairs. Elevators are old and can bring a scare. They don’t clean under the bed.

The location was perfect, very close to a lot of restaurants and shops, and also to a subway station. Just in front of Kowloon Park, too. The room was big and the water pressure and temperature were good, too.

Beds and furniture could be newer, but there were not too bad either. Not much to complain about, in general.

Location was fantastic. Just beside the hotel was a very nice roast goose restaurant. Place is also very near to Jordan station which was a plus point. Fuss-free hotel at very reasonable price.

Carpet floor in room and curtains were a bit dirty and ill-maintained. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Shower head in the toilet was also grimy.

The stairs we need to climb to reach lobby may not be safe when there are heavy luggage bag or elderly. It's still managable for me during my stay as our stuffs wasn't very heavy.

The hotel is very close to train station, and there are a lot of food stores around, so it is very convenient. The room is a bit old, but it is still pretty clean and well maintained. Not really a top luxurious hotel. But considering how limited and how expensive is the land in Hong Kong, this hotel is considered pretty good.

You need to take the stairs to go up to the check in counter floor, so it might be inconvenient if you have huge and heavy luggage bag. Although the toilet and shower are separated by some partition, the water still could leak out, and the floor of the toilet will be wet. But personally we are not too bothered by this. There are some tables in the room, but no chair at all. So a bit inconvenient.

Fantastic location, near the MRT and many interesting streets to walk around the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better, carpet floor and curtains were dirty. Lifts of the hotel were very scary and shaky, not sure how well maintained they are.

Metacity living in the heart of City. very closer to Jordan MTR station, Pacific coffee in very close in 100 meters to have good Coffee and 360 shop is ideal to have water and snacks, Front desk manager and staff are friendly. Property is very much proxy to Jordan, Astine road, Also easy to reach to Central, Ferry station, around the Hongkong,

If the property provide two chair, jug-cattle , coffee, free water bottle, bath soap, shampoo ( small bottle ), House keeping the bath towel and mini towel on daily basis, these basic service keep the guest more happy, while we are come from overseas and access to local currency or shops for these basic thing is make bit difficult, Hope they good take this feedback to improve the service,

The hotel is located in the city centre of Hong Kong They offer me a big room to stay with this cheap price, especially in downtown Hong Kong. The facilities are nice.

I found out it was difficult to carry my leagues to the reception because the reception is on the second floor. I know it is not easy to build a big hotel at this location, but staffs could consider offering service for these international travelers who carry heavy suitcases and other pieces of stuff.
