It's a great location easy on and off the main road. The staff was friendly. The disabled accommodations were good and on the first floor. The bathroom in the disabled king size room is absolutely perfect and has plenty of room to maneuver. Very easy access in and out of the shower and the floor is tapered properly for drainage. Clean and well kept.

The king size bed in the room for the disabled is way too high for disabled people and the refrigerator doesn't work properly in there.

The breakfast is just the normal continental breakfast. Nothing special. But, there' many close locations to get something to eat. It's a nicer hotel but not that expensive so you do get the occasional "pot" smell in the hallways. Management doesn't seem to do anything about it either.

The deposit. It's been several days since they charged $100 on my bank card and I still have not gotten that money back. It's ridiculous to hold my money that long. They'll tell you it is a "HOLD" but it's ACTUALLY a charge.

We love the room and the location and the cleanliness. It's perfect for our needs as we are traveling here from North Georgia at least once a month while my wifey is in Doctoral classes. I just feel comfortable letting her be here alone too.

The smoking of marijuana. The first floor stinks of it on the parking lot side. The door on this same side still doesn't have a card reader that works to let you in. Someone left a rock propping the door open saturday night and people not staying at this hotel were inside sing the bathroom. The people sleeping in the parking lot too. Something needs to be done.

they were very accommodating to us and my service dog the handicap facility in the bathroom was absolutely fantastic the bed was a little high so if you are having to transfer from a wheelchair that is going to be difficult but the bed was quite comfortable.

just the height of the bed is a bit high for a disabled person who is dependent on a wheelchair and manual transfer.

I stay here about once a month as a solo traveler and I always feel very safe! The property is clean and the beds are comfortable. The shower was especially nice on this trip, the water pressure was good and it looked like a new shower head and new(er) shower curtain so the spray was much nicer than on previous stays AND it stayed in the shower instead of dripping all over the floor. Win-Win!

There wasn't anything to not like on this trip. Everything went so smooth, and the room was nice. The only thing that ever bothers me here is getting in and out of the parking lot if traffic is backed up trying to turn onto Veteran's Memorial, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

I have always had good stays here. I am in Statesboro once a month for classes and I ALWAYS book here. I feel safe as a solo traveler and the room is always very comfortable. The property is not top-of-the-line but it is FAR SUPERIOR to the other low-cost options I've tried in the area.

Sometimes trying to get into the lot after turning off of Veteran's Memorial is tricky but nothing a little patience can't handle. I haven't taken advantage of the free breakfast because it looked very unappealing the few times I've bothered, but that's normal for me regardless of location.

Price was good . Location was good, staff was friendly, room was mostly clean linens were clean.

Could have been a little cleaner in the common areas. Had a spot or two of mold in the bathroom and we missed breakfast as they stopped at 9. Maybe extend the hrs to checkout? Had a broken leg when we stayed and the only room was on the second floor , its a long way from the parking lot to the room on crutches .

The staff were friendly and took care to follow safety procedures. They never stated the number of my room or even the floor and instead indicated it on the key card pouch. This seems small, but for a solo female traveler it gives a lot of security especially if there are others in the lobby.

There was a door on the first floor to the parking lot that never locked. This allowed non-guests to potentially enter without passing the reception lobby. Potential security concern.

It's an older hotel but had a nice makeover. There are so.e cosmetic things Howe so.e of that is the lack of pride in craftsmanship by the remodeler. Overall it was a good choice. No bugs, nice crew

Room carpet was a little worn and could be cleaned
