We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was awesome and attentive. Room was clean and spacious. Walking distance to the beach, plus complementary hot cocoa for the holiday season. We can't wait to book our next stay here!

The only issue we had the entire time was one of our TVs got stuck in guide mode, and despite trying everything we could think of, we could not fix it. We didn't bother the staff with something so trivial at 1 am.

Breakfast was great stayed fresh and filled at all times. All the staff was very friendly and helpful house keeping was wonderful with towels and emptying the trash the kitchen workers and the front desk our stay was fantastic and will stay again and will recommend anyone who is visiting Gulfport Mississippi to stay 10/10

The 4th floor were we stayed was very hot in the hallway. It really wasn't bad because the good service made up for that.

The breakfast ran out of turkey sausage not long after breakfast started. The Inn in Long Beach has an automatic fresh orange juice machine that needs to be incorporated at this location. The location and view is awesome and it's away from all the business of the Blvd.

Found hair in the shower and needed a liner in the trash can, but we just took care of it and kept moving.

Love the safe location, complimentary breakfast ,view of the water directly across the street from property, and the comfortable beds/pillows and extra hot water

Having to take an elevator to the lobby floor since the ground floor was the parking garage. Not a huge deal if you arrive during the day. We just disliked this fact only because we had to travel up there to second floor lobby then to our floor with 3 toddlers under 3 in tow at night

Great location. Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast lady was so friendly. But the 5 stars was mainly for the maintenence man working property. We ran into him several times outside and he always had a smile and time to answer our questions. Be grateful I don't have a business in the area, cause I would hire him away!!! Very few people have such a sparkling personality, it's refreshing.

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Very close to the beach and easy to get to other nearby restaurants and activities.

Somewhat noisy, we had a room facing the beach (and highway), and also sound traveled in the hallways. Bathroom was quite small (with a too-large door) but well-appointed. There was extra space in one corner of the room which would have benefited from an extra chair with a foot stool or maybe moving the desk and chair there and adding another chair where the desk was. Parking was tight around back. There could have been an easier way to walk to the beach. But these are small matters, overall--very nice.

AMAZING Breakfast! Sausage everyday of our 3 day stay. One day was turkey sausage patties and bacon, other 2 days had pork links or turkey patties. Also had Eggs, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and sausage gravy and all of the normal "Continental breakfast" stuff (Bagels, fruits, cereal, toast, oatmeal. Rooms were clean, soft beds and firm and soft pillows. Beachfront pool and gulf view from our room (302) .

Pool was dingy looking, and I guess it is near a hospital because we had several ambulances come by every day.

Quick convenient check in/out, pool, free breakfast, rooms, amenities, friendly staff, cleanliness, location and PRICE.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel/location and would DEFINITELY stay again. Great value for location and rooms. Staff great, rooms clean and just as luxurious as the so called luxury rooms at the overpriced casinos and I've stayed at the Golden Nugget, Hard Rock, Margaritaville, Imperial Palace and Island View on numerous occasions in the past. The only thing more "luxurious" about those resorts is the name brand and price. The resort rooms have no more amenities or decor than the Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast was great. Hotel location, style and cleanliness were great. The staff was great. Your employee Susan Beasley was phenomenal! She was pleasant, professional, accommodating and went above and beyond her duties to ensure guest services were exceeded! First time to Mississippi and our visit was great, thanks to Ms. Beasley!

Location: close to hospital, main road and the beach. Also, I had just finished making reservations for 2 days, Monday and Tuesday. Then, we had to rush over to Gulfport early Sunday morning, in severe thunderstorms the whole 2 hours of traveling. So, we called and got the extra night, Sunday. So then, we only needed Sunday and Monday. We had to leave Tuesday and they were able to adjust it, and remove Tuesday night for us, with no fee.

We had to change rooms because the phone didn't work. The maintenance guy took care of that, right away. He asked us If we wanted another room. He offered to help move us. He left to arrange for another room and came back with new room key cards, and he helped move our stuff. We didn't have to deal with different workers or go down to the front desk. He did it all! My mother had just passed away. He didn't know that. It's just the fact, that he expedited the situation, quickly and smoothly. Oh...and his name is Shinto! Also, the bathtub should've had another handicapped bar, along the back wall. It only had one bar. It was vertical, next to the shower and faucet.
