The hotelroom appeared freshly renovated, it was minimalistic and clean and calming with a great view onto ocean and old town. Supermarket and beach were approx 5 min away. To the old town it was a ten minute walk. The personnel was kind and nice and I enjoyed my stay with them greatly.

The architecture of the building is nowadays somewhat unfortunate, the balcony with ocean view runs in front of the hotelrooms and is accessable from one door from the stairacase. So in order to sit in front ones room, one had to walk along in front of all the other rooms. Didn‘t bother me so much, I stayed for ten days and just made sure to use the curtains.

Excellent hotel next to Sozopol's Central Beach. The room had sight view of the sea, and it was very confortable also with a small terrasse. The large garden, which is equipped with tables and chairs, is ideal to relax if the sun is too strong to go to the beach. The staff manager was very nice and speaks good English. Remember that it is important to report to the hotel the estimated time arrival and departure to have a smooth check-in and check-out. The Old Town is 7 min walk from there, the main stop of long-ranges buses to Sofia is 2 min walk away. The beach is immediately in front of you.

The location was the most I liked, 5-10 min walking to the Old City of Sozopol. The room was very clean and cosy. The AC was working before our arrival, and we did enter in a perfectly temperature room even outside was 35 C. Nice attitude from the stuff. Parking reservation spots are available for 20 BGN/night. Good value for the price.

The balcony is not a personal one. It is common for all rooms. You need to share the dryers with other guests and missing pinches enough for everybody. There was an awful smell from the bathroom drain in the morning. Some repair probably needs to be done.

This is a great place to stay and its fantastic value for money. The first thing that hits you is the cleanliness and fresh smell. It is a short walk to a gorgeous beach and a huge array of restaurants and bars and the views were stunning. The staff are lovely and kind. It was very comfortable and was cleaned daily if we so required. We will be back one day.

Very nice & neat little hotel with self maintenance. Quite and meditative area close to a beautiful beach. We were stopping by for a small glimpse of the Black Sea after attending a conference in Sofia. The only drawback was the lack of collective transport between Burgas and Sozopol, we had to rent a car to get there. Perhaps because we visited off season.

Greatest hotel in Sozopol. We had a bachlorette party there, the host was extremely helpful for the entire organization and every question/need we had. The hotel is very clean, the location was more than perfect for us and for our plan. Great communication with the host, she responds very quickly and friendly. For sure, this will be our first choice every time we visit Sozopol, and we definitely recommend this place. Great value for the price you pay.

First of all I liked the human qualities of the staff, especially the administrator Natasha, very kind and helpful person, capable to find a solution to any problem, thank you very much ! I liked also the great location of the hotel, not far from the old city , but also close to beach, bus station and all shops.

Maybe bathroom, with no separate zone to take shower, but this concept seems commun in Bulgary. Hôtel is still perfect value for money. I recommend.

The place is increrible! My room had a window with view for the beach and balcony very nice for a coffee. The space in general was very clean, the staff (natasha) was very kindness all time, and the comunication was very easy and fast with her. It's very close to the beach and the center, and have parking also. I recommend this place for couples or single travellers!

All was perfect!

The hotel was good, could do with some renovations. It was clean and the location is great. There are few parking spots outside but you have to pay extra, there is also another car park near by. It’s a short stroll to town centre, shops, pharmacies, the old town and the beach but the area is quiet. Most rooms have sea view. The hotel manager Natasha is absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome. Thank you!

The staff was extremely friendly. Natasha and her colleague were very helpful during our stay. The garden is perfect for a late night drink after the long beach day, or the morning cup of coffee. Even though the rooms do not have terrace, the common one is amazing. The location is perfect - 2 minutes by foot from the beach and one of the main streets with all shops, around 7-10 minutes by foot from the old town. Overall I would recommend it and visit again.
