Everything was great. I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception, for our one night stay. Our room was absolutely wonderful. There was heaps of space in the room, with a well equipped kitchen. A lovely bathroom, with heaps of room and nice large towels. Excellent heating with the heat pump, a comfortable couch to sit on, and a very comfortable bed. Very quiet, with off-street parking and though there were others in most of the units, you could not hear any noise. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, well done to your cleaning staff. We really enjoyed our stay, after a very long trip and day. Thank you

Simple, clean and beautiful place! Easy access from parking to the unit, it is very convenient to unload and load stuff from your car :) the receptionist/manager ? Is very nice and welcoming 😃 I really really love that the cooking pots and pans they provide stainless and really clean!

Would be best if there is a sheer curtain before the blackout curtain for more privacy, as people can easily see though inside each unit.

It was a lovely room, parking was great, staff were super friendly. The shower pressure is fabulous as well. Was so easy to find and it's in a great spot. All of these things outweigh any changes I'd make I think.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit and it was really lovely, the only changes I'd make would be that every time your neighbour used the water it was SO loud in our room. The soap dispensers probably have seen their days and the bathroom needs an extractor fan or something because the tiles become quite slippery when you hop out of the shower from the steam.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners were super lovely and even offered us rides into town because our car broke down on the way over. They kept checking in on us and we loved their humour! Beautifully kept rooms with wifi and sky and it was very quiet - didn't hear any noises from the neighbouring rooms. The housekeeping staff are also very kind and we had everything we needed. The area is really nice and peaceful and it was a great getaway out of Auckland. We really enjoyed our stay and met wonderful people along the way :)

Did not request breakfast That there was full Sky TV available - awesome as I like to view a large number of events from History, sports, music etc It was with in driving distance to the main township and to where I grew up in as a child in Dixon Ave. Easy access to the facilities and loads of information on eating / dinning places Very tidy inside and around the facility. They certainly take pride in what they provide to their customers

Location of the TV actually behind the door to the room, however I was able to pull the extension arm out so it was easy enough to view. Moved the bed to position to view the TV, but the room looked designed for this as the wall plugs were about a metre from the bed either side so the bed could be moved to either power switch.

the reception was excellent a very friendly greeting and very easy check in. The room was large very modern and clean, everything we needed, including extra blankets and pillows if needed and even a broom and dust pan, bathroom was large, very clean and a great shower rose. Room servicing was excellent with daily room cleaning and towel changes, couldn’t fault the room.

The only thing that could be changed is the mattress was too firm, could do with a topper for a more comfortable sleep.

fantastic service all round. Friendly, very welcoming, helpful and genuine to the bone. Our large family bonded with the staff from the first minute of arrival and were all happily chatting at check out. Oh and it was the cheaper of the four we looked at, and had the best reviews and location . This accommodation, way out performed our usual place we stay at. My eldest sister liked the reviews and we liked the price difference, as it was considerably cheaper, with way more comforts and services . It is not often when you can say that you get value for money, and that is what we got! We travelled with a large family and will chose this accommodation whenever in Hawera again.

Whats NOt to like? This place has the personal touch. They cater to all needs and personalities. Please dont ever change!

The rooms had lots of space. A very nice bathroom has a bath with spa features. There is even a two-element stovetop which was very useful. Beds were comfortable and things were quiet overnight. Good shower pressure made for an enjoyable experience. It was a lovely stay and the places around were astounding!

Could not find an extractor fan in the bathroom

after a long trip a welcome refuge , unfortunately from previous experience what you see on line doesn,t be the same -- So in this case a pleasant surprize a nice balance and decore was functional, bed great!! shower terrifc too!!

Was a bit noisy - Guy Fawkes, proximity of rooms Proximity to the venue - again out of the hands of the hosts Not a lot of eateries in the main centre - again out of the hands of our hosts I had an issue with the laundry only because there was only one machine and I couldn't find the line to hang my washing
