We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Brugge Centrum. The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the city center, yet in a quiet, peaceful area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. The facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor pool and the delicious breakfast buffet. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond. Overall, Novotel Brugge Centrum is a perfect base for exploring Bruges, offering great value, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

One suggestion for improvement would be to include more options catering to specific dietary needs, such as halal choices in the breakfast or dinner menu. This would be a great addition to accommodate guests with diverse preferences.

I am a member of Accor and so have tried to book and receive the members discount ,however for the THIRD time we haven’t been able to get through the internet process and have been switched to booking .com.this is really frustrating and the only reason we have continued is for the location and parking.your Staff are very pleasant but can only say ‘they can’t do anything about it’Disappointing!

Like the hotel itself and the location. Its great for a short stroll to most attractions and is a good base to explore from. Rooms are comfortable generally and it was in really good condition overall. Bar area on Grd Floor is a nice space. Like the drinking water fountains on each floor and the sparkling water availability too. Additional pillows are already in the room if needed.

The separate WC is very small and has no sink so you are unable to wash your hands until you go in to the shower room and sink. WC is very tight for size too. Breakfast is pleasant but for 25Euro each I feel it should be better with fresh eggs cooked and the toasting machine is very slow. Juices are watered down and not natural juices. However, the selection wasn't too bad. We were at the end of the corridor but still found it noisy when other guest/children returned to their rooms.

Bed was absolutely amazing, it’s like a cloud! The room was clean, came with toiletries and everything you need for a good night- rituals shampoo and body wash, a hairdryer, a mini fridge, fluffy towels, adjustable heating/air conditioning and a TV! I love the fact the Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English very well. The hotel was located just of the Main Street and was surrounding by amazing scenery and shops. There is an underground car park just outside the property which was 15 euros for 24h and is open all the time (operated by barriers)

Being a central location, we occasionally could hear larger vehicles driving down the back road (lorry’s) around 0900 but they were doing deliveries and I’m sure it’s not all the time! :) If you’re looking for a late sleep in, depending on where your room is you may be woken up. Other than that, everything was amazing

Great location in the center of Bruges! You can walk everywhere and parking is available right by the hotel for 15€ per day. The hotel was nice and modern, the room and bathroom clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a great variety of food! We especially enjoyed the waffles! Another thing we really appreciated was the water dispenser (still and sparkly) that was available on every floor, and the room had a refillable water bottle! Great way to reduce plastic! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

Nothing to complain about!

The stay overall was great. We were located perfectly for walking to the Christmas markets, restaurants and sightseeing spots.

We went out for breakfast on our last day and returned before checkout to find the room had been fully cleaned and we were unable to access the room. Forcing us to check out immediately. We were travelling with our young baby so wanted to relax and get him sorted before we set off on our journey home. Instead we had to do this in the busy reception area.

The room was comfortable and well designed to accommodate 4 people in a rader small space. The hotel is quite new, and it had everything we needed. Water purifier situated on every floor and glass bottles provided in the rooms were a great way to reduce plastic waste and save resources. Later in the evening not every water dispenser was working, only the ground floor one, still wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was of a good quality and well worth the price. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

We had asked for (and it was agreed by the desk staff) for a small "carry-out" breakfast to be ready for our 6.30 departure on the Sunday. Nothing had been prepared or was ready and despite waiting we had to depart to catch our onward connection - hungry and having paid for a breakfast

Rooms were clean, and beds were comfy. Breakfast was quite good. The employees were very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was superb, both close to the train station and to the heart of Brugge.

There were no shelfs within the room the number of cloth hangers were low. Therefore we couldn't unload our luggage like we would normally do in other hotels. Some coffee machines in the breakfast area produced somewhat weak coffee.

Hotel was in a good location. short walk about 10 minutes from train station, and close to main attractions. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. good housekeeping team

Hotel is closing end of august 2023 for a refurb, so it was a little tired in places, but obviously this will be remedied. the air conditioning wasn't working so rooms were very hot and window would only open a little. (However we were aware before we went that there was no air con) Again, hopefully this will be sorted during refurb. The shower was located over the bath. Which is not a problem for able bodied, but I have a knee replacement and awaiting another. and it was very difficult getting into and out of the bath for a shower.
