The courtyard was exceptional. Set back from the road, green, and lush, it was a pleasant location to enjoy a glass of local wine.

Some areas inside were large and hollow, without art or decor. Maybe that is part of its history, but it felt a little sterile.

Beautiful hotel in a very special “Wes Anderson” like style. They have the most beautiful courtyard with views to the mountains and the hotel wall covered by plants.

We had a smaller room facing the parking lot (and a slight view of the mountains). The room in itself was in a very good condition but felt a bit cramped and dark. I’m sure it’s do to the room type and would love to stay here again

Aesthetically the hotel is amazing. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet, a great location to see more of Bolzano. Definitely worth having breakfast and we loved having dinner in the garden.

Need some improvement to the hospitality of the staff, at check in they didn’t tell us the air conditioning was broken in multiple rooms (including ours), it wasn’t until we came downstairs to ask that they told us and then begrudgingly moved us to another room. Not enough staff supporting dinner and breakfast space, hard to get served and they were often standing around chatting to each other.

This place is a stunner - it is beautifully designed, serves an amazing breakfast and has a lovely pool. The hotel offers many nice activities such as yoga classes. We kindly received an upgrade from the sweet staff in the reception. The rooms are beautiful with big and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate to come back and would recommend anyone to book a stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel in the evening. Whilst the meal and wine were wonderful, the service was unfortunately confused and mixed up our entire order and bill.

We loved everything about our stay there. The stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful. We arrived on my wifes birthday and they made us an upgrade for a bigger room - It was very kind of them. The room was very clean, everything in perfect condition. Also very quiet . We enjoyed sauna every evening After a long day in the Mountains and Luna bar has super cozy vibes. The location Is very comfortable - in the city center, but close tò the train station.

Grand old dame nicely updated and very close to centre of town. Very helpful and pleasant staff - a complaint about the size of our room was immediately dealt with, with no fuss and much goodwill (pictures on Booking.com quite misleading). There are lots of facilities (pool yoga classes etc etc ) but we did not use these. Parking is right by the hotel and although the price quoted seemed high (27€) the hotel gives 50% discount. And it is super convenient.

Very central location in Bolzano. Comfortable room and bed. Nice environment in the shared spaces, i.e. the bar. Great breakfast.

The receptionist made the booking longer than needed: even if I was seeing two rooms available on Booking.com, she had told me that they were not available anymore. So I had to spend another couple of hours on the phone to try to find an hotel available last minute in Bolzano on Saturday evening. Then since Booking.com was indeed allowing my reservation of the two rooms, I called again to challenge her and she apologised and told me the rooms were indeed available. Due to this, we arrived in our rooms around 9pm while we could have done so before 7pm and so spent a pleasant night visiting the center of the city; arriving so late, we couldn’t do so.

It was a nice location close to the square.

I wish the room had a coffee/tea maker.
