We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Enjoyed a lovely dinner in the courtyard setting outside in the evening followed by a drink in the bar. Charming small character hotel in a small town but very near La Roche Posay which is a larger town. The receptionist (Helene) was friendly and welcoming.

Maybe some treats for the dogs. On Sunday the restaurant and bar closed in the evening and no receptionist. We felt a little bit abandoned but we were told this was going to happen. Headed to La Roche Posay for something to eat.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet village. It has a great restaurant and a small bar next door. We stayed at either end of our 14 day trip and really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast basic but perfect for what we needed. Family room has a great view over the courtyard.

Not much to not like. Super quiet area and so not much to walk and see. Village very pretty.

Very nice hotel situated in a small French town....The staff were very attentive, the room was very clean and the dinner was excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was little more expensive than others we have stayed at and i think parking might have been more difficult if the hotel was busier.

The property is full of nooks and original aspects. It was charming. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and everyone was so very friendly. The food in the restaurant was exceptional We will go out of our way to return… perfect stop over and a little experience of its own.

Stayed overnight with a group of friends on a short tour through France on our motorcycles. Our rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable with all the facilities one would expect. The hotel had a really stylish but comfortable feel to it, Our evening meal was outstanding, quality produce and skilled cooking made it memorable.

Delicious food; helpful, friendly staff; attractive, old building; large and spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom.

in our room, which faced the street, it was a bit noisy during the day, but it abated at night.

Nice decor, our room had A/C. staff very helpful and friendly.

Limited disabled access. Room offered on ground floor but no A/C (it was 40 degrees when we stayed). Menu was ‘fussy’. We prefer traditional, local fare. Street parking but not in front of hotel.

Our room (overlooking the main road, but not noisy) was a decent size with a shower room which overlooked the internal walled garden… The bar adjacent to the hotel was closed on our first night, but the receptionist/waitress suggested we take our apero outside in the garden. We had it to ourselves which was even better. The bed was comfortable and the breakfasts which we had in the courtyard were very nice with homemade jams and viennoiseries. On our second evening we had an apero in the bar, served by a very friendly Brazilian waitress

We ate both nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was good and well presented, but the menu is very limited and if you don’t like veal or encornets Even more so! We didn’t try the set lunch menu, but it seemed to be more varied.

Restaurant wonderful. All relais staff professional and helpful. Comfortable room. Lovely place!
